Jan 03,2024Poor communication. No order confirmation. Colour ordered no longer available. Delivery delayed as a result. Spectronic upgraded the order to DHL expedited, but it made absolutely no difference, Tracking showed it stationary between December 22 and December 27 when it finally arrived. It was ordered Dec 19 and was supposed to be a Xmas present. Tracking is difficult to understand and suggests the order originated overseas, as it mentions customs clearance ie. not Australia although it's an Australian website. Can't say I'm very impressed.

Nov 25,2023Purchased the phone as it's advertised 5G and confirmed with seller before purchasing if it will work on 5G network in Australia, but it didn't work on 5G on either Telstra, Optus or Vodafone. Seller refused to return, refund(only if 40% restocking fee was paid), or exchange.
