I got what I ordered and it took a little longer because it had to come from Hongkong instead of Melbourne. Great outlet to have in Australia for very good prices!!. I'll be buying here again. Feb 04,2023To replace my old, broken smartphone, I did a research and found what I want. However, it's a Chinese brand so I had to buy from an online shop. Because of many bad experiences with online shopping, even from big companies, I hesitated to order online again. However, Spectronic Australia is different, giving me the best experience of online shopping so far. The website is easy for searching, browsing, and very helpful assistance. Ordering quick and easy. I could track my phone throughout the delivery process. My phone arrived after a few days - as Spectronic promised - well-packed, no damage. Spectronic always informed me during that time in a professional manner. One more point: price is lower than other shops about $100 (AUD). I wrote this review a few weeks after receiving the phone because I had to test it properly, make sure it is a genuine one. 😃 What else do you want to see from an online shopping company?

Jan 30,2023It wouldn't allow me to pay the way I wanted and took ages to load anything on the checkout page. Also, you sent this review email before the phone arrived which made me think that it wasn't coming (lost in transit, etc.) and so I'd have to figure out how to get it or get my money back. I liked this because it actually had a global version of the phone arrive. I read the reviews before purchasing the phone and multiple had commented they didn't get the global version even though the product had said "global version".
