I bought 2 phones the 27th of November, they email me 4 days after to ask me if it was ok get one of them in a different color, cause they were running out that model with that color. So, (no true about "Order is processed same day") and no Updated website, no really faire change table after the purchase. Anyway, they told me early next week you should be receive your delivery, but they did not specify which week ( 3 weeks after...). I tried to ask them where was my delivery cause the last talk was eraly next week, they answer the first week, after that they even didn t answer anymore. I got my delivery yesterday, i ask 3 times before purchase them if there was the charger together or not and they answer absolutely yes, but they didn t say that it will be not compatible with your country, they gave an adapter with it. Now, i got a shop too and i believe that the costumer service it is what it is, the phones at list working ( one, the other one is a gift and i can t really try it}. Good luck everybody.

Received Sony Xperia 1 VI - trusted this company because I was able to talk to them on phone before ordering, very open and upfront on website as well as to compatibility in Australia after 3G shutdown. Also very responsive in live on line Chat option. Received personal email assuring me the phone was on the way albeit delayed three days. Would give 5 stars except they were not able to send Black phone as ordered and substituted Platinum Silver, but they did ask me before shipping my phone if I would be happy to swap to Platinum Silver. I said yes but have to say I was really wanting Black. Overall a pleasant experience but twas somewhat worrying deciding to import a phone from the point of view of Aust compatibility and risk of scam. All is well that ends well. Phone working perfectly on Telstra.

Bought a Sony Xperia 10VI 5G which they said would work on all Australian networks, even after the 3g shutdown. It does not work on Telstra, Optus or Vodafone after the 3g shutdown. It's basically a $700 brick and now they're ignoring me. They're a scam. Stay away.

Bought a Sony Xperia 10VI in June 2024. Now 3g has been turned off it doesn't work with Telstra anymore. So far had no reply from Spectronic.
I had and currently still have a very disappointing experience with Spectronic Australia. Before making any purchase, I suggest trying to contact their customer service—they either hang up immediately, or you can't get through at all. Their delivery times are much slower than advertised. Although they claim 4-6 days, it's been over 10 days, and my order hasn't even been packed according to the tracking information. They also failed to provide a tracking number for Team Global Express, so I can only track my order on their website, which makes it hard to contact Team Global Express directly. Furthermore, I tried using the chatbox on their website, and it’s clear that nobody is behind the chat. Overall, it’s extremely difficult to reach anyone for assistance.

Though we are miles apart but on the same continent, ordering the Honor Magic V3 could not be easier, cheaper than getting it from other sources. This I thank you. The Honor Magic V3 is really a remarkable phone and I am really happy I bought it. Maybe Spectronic can start a referral program, like Tesla. I will definitely recommend the phone to my friends.
No issues at all, purchased my phone on a Tuesday and it was delivered by express postage on Friday from Hong Kong (3 days).
A very good smooth process and DHL turned up early. It would be good to get more feedback on progress from HK this gives an idea of when it will arrive in Australia

The excellent support crew were able to inform me that the phone I had purchased wasn't available. I'm sure there are ways to update your inventory automatically.
