Was straightforward enough but an unnecessary delay step when you are paying a solicitor to do this sort of thing. There are many apps all doing the same thing it seems also so it concerns me that private data could end up in the wrong hands on an inferior unregulated app. Had to Use Credas on another house purchase and the claims that I'd never need to upload the same documents again blah blah blah. etc etc. Great if all solicitors used the same app but no....

Ben I give a 5 star but the app wasn’t easy it put my details under my husbands and visa versa. Trying to scan one passport was impossible but did driving licience straight away. Solicitors should be doing all this that’s what we pay them for

It makes me so angry that property purchase and sale requires the use of these people - that I have to give over my biometrics to a third party who are busy building their asset base with my biometrics. They ask for data from you that is in excess of Law Society requirements on property transfer - so just say no - and find a solicitor that doesn't use digital ID - my reply to Thirdfort's reply: 1) why do you ask for more data than is strictly necessary? 2) yes people's data may be safe with you and compliant (unless your cloud server is outside the UK) - except, that is, until you sell your company to an overseas bidder.

Called up with an issue with the App. Team took me through it and solved the issue quickly and easily.

Simple to use and upload the required documents. The facility to upload the information for a second person within the app would be a great improvement. As is, if a couple both need identity checks each has to download the app on different devices.

Why an app has to be downloaded when a simple email would suffice. Attachments on emails are easier to do. Not everyone is computer savvy. We had to go to our solicitors to help as the passport ID was rejecting at every attempt. So annoying and frustrating!

Perfect. Like Davids comment below, I too dread this sort of thing. I thought it would take ages to do, but the instructions are really easy, breaking it down into 4 parts instead of flinging it all at you, is like I said at the beginning, perfect. Thanks very much!

Did not work on my husband’s phone, we kept going round in circles and support was very poor! Our solicitor sent the link twice still didn’t work and so in the end they had to send the Thirdfort link to my phone for my husband. We got the passport ID done but not all other sections. Will have to send on hard copies of required documents to solicitors instead.

I have just completed my ID submission and the requested actions were very straight forward and the whole process took just 10 mins from start to finish. With a successful submission, first time.

Easy to use except the attached documents I had to send. You can’t take a picture of a document in direct. You need to have a document on the phone to send it. And that you discover only after a few unsuccessful attempts.

The two people I spoke to was very helpful and very kind , They both helped me to log in and if any problems they stayed on the phone till it was resolved . I would recommend the company to anyone
