The site is fairly easy to use, even for those less technically minded. There are some limitations to the question format for documents but their customer service is excellent if you need to speak to someone. I found Drew (customer service) to be very helpful, and was impressed with his professionalism and ability to help me remain calm during a time of technical anxiety.

I usually dread these sort of things as often the IT let's the process down. However the instructions were very clear and all the steps worked as they should, including scanning the passport and the face scan. I managed to complete the steps more quickly than the estimated time on the app.
I have used other identity verification apps and this was by far the easiest and quickest. The system actually accepted the photos and video on the first attempt and the whole process took minutes rather than the hours I struggled with a rival app
The most frustrating technology experience ever! Multiple attempts to get it to accept document and selfies. Almost in tears at the end

Reasonably straight forward if you are IT confident. Fortunately my husband did it for me as I don’t think I could have done it myself. Now that everything is on line no one has paper copies to photograph and upload to the App.

Seems like an excellent service! Only issue I had was adding two accounts from the same bank. Other than that it was really straightforward and easy!
I was originally sent a link for an ID check, which I completed. Then for more than a week I was sent messages to remind me to complete. I logged in several times and had no outstanding tasks. Really time consuming and irritating

This was the first time I have ever used Thirdfort and found it very easy! The steps needed to be taken were very clear and understandable. I had confidence that I'd not missed anything that was needed as each section moved automatically to the next and told me when each step was complete.
Easy to use, had a difficulty in connecting to the bank, very easy to reach customer support team and easy fix. Really happy with the service
I’m sure our grandchildren would find this app a breeze, but for two of us the wrong side of 70 it was not. Poor eyesight makes reading instructions on a tiny phone screen difficult, and the photo id is a joke as my photo bears no resemblance to my current aged appearance. Also, despite any reassurance the designers of this app may offer, we all know our data will not be safe, and is now held by a commercial enterprise for as long as cyberspace exists
