I cannot believe you asked for my opinion. This has been the worst experience I have encountered. Since May 2020 to September 2020 I have spent a minimum of 60 hours on the phone, in addition to many emails, in an effort to switch my dual fuel to you. I APPEAR to have finally achieved this through MY 4 MONTHS of continual effort - time will tell! The only person in your company worth her salt would seem to be a lady named MIKAYLA SUBROMONEY who is a customer services agent and who is located in your call centre in South Africa. She has never waivered in her attempts to try to put right the many issues which I have encountered with, what should have been, a simple switch from my supplier to yourselves. I would never recommend TONIK to any of my relatives, friends or colleague.

I switched to Tonik a year ago because of cheaper tariffs and renewed with the Company recently for same reasons and other benefits. I can view my statements online and get 3% interest if I have a credit balance. Excellent service.

The website is very clear, The customer service is always helpful and friendly. Invoices are easy to understand and thanks to a smart meter I don’t have to worry about meter reading and submission of data. Tonik tells me when yet the contract comes to its end and suggests which product would save me money compared to their variable rate. I have been a satisfied customer for several years now and would highly recommend.

They had bad issues with their accounts, but they could now be sorted. Staff helpful on phone so three stars not one.

Always had great service and good prices, so very happy with them. The bill even tells you when they have a cheaper tariff and how much you can save, so it's easy to see and then switch.

I was with Tonik for a year as they were the cheapest energy provider and used renewable energy, great. The switchover to them was pretty simple and everything was fine although I was building up a pretty bit credit with them as my direct debit was a bit high. This was easily reduced though so still not too worried. But. I found a cheaper deal in July so moved to them and am finding it impossible to leave Tonik. They keep asking me for meter readings, and taking direct debits even though closing meter readings from the new company are on the national database. Now I've cancelled my direct debit so they're threatening me with debt collectors even though they owe me around £50. I've send multiple emails which are all ignored and spoken several times to them after massive waits on the phone but nothing is happening.

Been with Tonik energy now a good few years. While there have been times when they needed a little prompting I have found they are generally very good. Prices are fair and customer service is good.

I joined Tonik last year after searching several comparison sites and this was the most favourable. They were very efficient with the switch and new details followed. The website is very easy to negotiate and covers all I need to know plus reminders are sent when a meter reading is required. I have been happy with the service and have therefore renewed for the next year.

On the 29th of July, I left Tonik to change energy provider to Scottish Power. I contacted Tropic to inform them of my cancellation. Since then I have made various attempts to request the refund of an overpayment of £559,18 On the 4th of August I provided the requested meter reading. Since then I have made at least 3 phone calls to ask for an update on the process of refunding me. During the last phone call on the 2 of September, I was informed that the refund would be in my account within 10 working days. However, when I made yet another phone call I was informed that my final bill had not been processed again. I have now been advised to raise an action through the Small Claims Court to receive my overpayments if this issue cannot be resolved within the next 14 days.

I was already with Tonik Energy, the first year had no problems. When my contact ended I shopped around, but found Tonik Energy to be the best deal for me. Very happy customer

We were with this company until removing on 1st August. I sent photographs of the meter readings and notification of termination. 7th August we received an email saying they were sorry we were leaving - and again on 10th August. 24th August they took the direct debit and 9th September they requested meter readings. I re-emailed photographs of the final readings as per the suggestion on their website along with another explanation. 15th September they sent an account by email showing £679-20 credit. I rang the same day to be told that I could have £200 refunded each day but I needed to ring on a daily basis for this (along with the interminable wait to speak to someone, in another country, who was very difficult to understand). However, she did get a refund of £200 to us. On 17th September we were asked for a meter reading again. It was like "Groundhog Day." Today I rang again to be talked at and over by a young lady who was excruciatingly difficult to understand (the line connection was very poor too). I rang again and this time got one who grasped the situation and explained that the account, despite everything I'd sent hadn't been closed at all!! I went with Tonik because they present as ethical and UK based. The company might be UK, but the employees aren't and, along with the appalling line connection, most just didn't understand the problem or how to resolve it. I appreciate that we're in a Covid situation but other companies (eg: British Gas) seem to be able to organise themselves.

We have recently renewed our contract with Tonik after our first year. We were more than happy to do so and were happy to find that our contract was cheaper than last year. That is an unusual feature, but clearly the company believes in supporting good existing customers. The whole procedure was completed on-line very easily and took about 10 minutes. Tonik are first class at customer service and it is so easy to find the information you need on their web site. They are also ethical with a commitment to green energy.

Tonik has an excellent commitment to renewable energy. It also has competitive rates and friendly staff. However, with the two year-long contracts I have had with Tonik, there have been administrative problems. I recently had to renew my contract for a year in order to sort out undercharging on a dual fuel account. The staff member who resolved the problem was excellent. I hope no further problems arise.

Very poor customer service. Have my supply registered to someone elses address and even though I proved this was an error they have not corrected it. Also, has been very difficult to get a new bill produced after submission of meter readings. Have wasted alot of time on the telephone trying to sort matters out.
