Give a good service most of the time. Had a sticky time regarding billing earlier this year, but they seem to have solved problem
Emailed them 5 times for a month and they still could not provide me with a simple answer on renewal, halfway through the email exchange they 'lost' the conversation and responded to a query from 5 months before. Turns out if you stay with them as a loyal customer you are being charged more than a new customer. Better don't join them in the first instance.

Just renewed with Tonik. When I first used them last year, after my first few months, they contacted me and reduced my monthly payment. I have had no problems so far and I actually still built up a credit balance which as now been used to reduce my coming years payments. I am happy with that and will be paying less. :-). An added bonus is a Free Boiler Service, which I will look into.
We have used TONIK for 2 years since we discovered them on a price comparison website. Everything has been EXEMPLARY. This is measured against all of the energy vendors (over 50 years now) that we have used and left because of poor service. I am again renewing because not only price matters, but also service.

Rejected my supply of energy. I was never informed of the rejection and continue to pay gas for several months despite them cancelling my direct debit. I finally managed to switch the gas, I’m now facing a bill for nearly £300 with no warning. The first I heard of the bill was when they sent me a final payment reminder. I don’t understand why the gas would’ve been rejected as I was it credit. Very innovative business unlike others out there. Prices aren't to bad either. Bonus is no long term contract and you get interest on any credit. Ace👌
Great energy company. Just renewed for a second year and got myselfa cheaper deal. No hassle easy to use for enquires etc on line. Would definitely recommend
Really poor overseas customer service. They do not reply to emails. Requested to transfer my gas and electric. Only electric got transferred but still went ahead and taken the DD for to cover the gas and electric. They made a 2nd attempt to trbafser gas which also failed. Its a problem with there system. I know moved both of my supplied to another company and they managed to move gas and electric on the first attempt. Avoid.
Have to say I was a little sceptical at first but Tonic Energy do really provide a great service at an affordable price. Many of the big providers could learn a lot from Tonik Energy. In terms of how they deal with customers and reward them for staying on board. Great link up with Homeserve also. Thank you Tonik Energy for your refreshing approach.

Using Covid as an excuse for poor customer service. It’s time to move on.

Sep 18,2020I love Tonik Energy for my gas and electricity, you get a statement every month so you can keep an eye on what you are using, they also email you when it is time to give a reading so no more estimated bills, plus they let you know in advance when your contract is coming to end and because they give you a good deal to renew your contract I stayed with them for a second year. They also use a greener fuel which is a lot better for the world.
