Regardless of the outcome (which was positive in my case), he followed up with interest and additional investigation, and then explained the position clearly. Mar 02,2025Husbands emails lost and irretrievable so no longer had tickets for my birthday concert. Email to the company, despite being on a Saturday, was responded to and the issue was addressed simply. Will did a few checks, then sent the tickets on to me, saving the day and my husband from the silent treatment for the next month at least. Exceptional service when digital everything is usually too complicated for us oldies to work. Thank you again Will. Much appreciated. 🙂

Having had numerous awful experiences with ticket companies previously, I wasn’t looking forward to emailing to say I am unwell and can my tickets be resold for me to get a refund. Tayla from wegottickets emailed me back very quickly with a personal response related to my enquiry exactly (none of that annoying automated rubbish with other companies). She then managed to resell my tickets just hours later and refunded me immediately. Fantastic company for buying tickets from which is a very rare thing nowadays. Thanks wegottickets

Her ticket was amended and resent to me straight away. I was so impressed. I’ve never known customer service like that anywhere. Absolutely awesome x
