The woman I spoke to was SO helpful as I wasn't sure which size to order she helped me decide. We also had a lovely friendly chat. Because I live in a very rural area she gave me an alternate delivery company which is must easier. Sorry I cant remember her name. Anna Chambley

Absolutely wonderful! I thought my order had gone through on line and it hadn't. I phoned and ordered over the phone. Your agent was helpful and cheerful and completely charming.

Ontzettend slechte kwaliteit en service. Pantoffels vertoonden binnen de kortste keren kale plekken. Ik heb 1 jaar en 3 maanden lang meerdere mails gestuurd, foto's gestuurd, maar geen enkele oplossing. Het antwoord was steeds: it is being treated with the utmost importance... Nou er is dus helemaal niets gebeurd, geen enkele reactie. Ik koop NOOIT meer bij Woolovers.

I contacted Woolovers' Customer Services because I need to darn 2 cardigans and have struggled to find yarn which matches. Interestingly, they don't have access to yarn, however, they do offer a repair service... Some people know how to mend items and know how to darn. Pity that the yarn can't be supplied since Woolovers have details of the orders.

There was no delay on the phone and I was connected to an advisor immediately. He was very efficient and friendly.

Do not pay extra for next day delivery. Having paid over £9 for the service and not received the goods I phoned customer services. Was told the items were still in the warehouse and would receive them in 2 weeks. Have asked for a full refund.

I used to buy Woolovers for golf 10-15 yrs ago so recommended to my old mum to get a cardy. She ordered by phone and ordered, all good, item arrived ok, nice cardy. However upon looking at her statement little while later she saw she'd been charged twice, different amounts. Phoned and an excuse about their system was given and no apology. Disconcerting for an elderly lady. I would still use Woolovers as I've had no problems ordering online myself but be careful with phone ordering, their system seems problematic.

I object to paying a lot for delivery and what a cheek to have to buy a return label as well at point of purchase... most companies will offer a free return... Wont buy... AVOID Woolovers get real you are losing out.

Ordered my Mum a green cord dress, to be sent to her, it was sent to me in error and is not made of cord it’s velour, but it looks like getting a refund is very slow as per messages below so I will write it off as an expensive mistake, please don’t do the same.

Company is time waste. As I had ordered 2 items, my size by measurements was sized for giants. Returns require purchasing prepared label and printing it. Continuing on, on day13th they had not processed refund. 5-7 biz days would b reasonable time. They did informed me it will take another 7 days to process request. Stone ages. Disgusting.

Bonsoir, je suis toujours en attente de remboursement concernant mon pull commandé début décembre et reçu dans un état déplorable. Vous m' avez contacté en m' indiquant que ce fameux remboursement arriverait sur mon compte il y' a de cela 15 jours et depuis plus de nouvelles. Sachez qu' une médiation est en cours avec les autorités compétentes et une mise en demeure sera automatiquement déclenchée sous 72h sans réponse de votre part. Motif: non respect des mesures en vigueur, du code de la consommation, propos mensongers et suspicion de fraude à grande échelle (nous sommes plusieurs consommateurs a avoir déposé plainte). Merci.
