Mar 01,2025Jest ok, wysyłka ładnie zapakowana, trochę długi czas pakowania. Duże koszty przesyłki plus VAT, na szczęście bez cła bo zakup elektroniki. Także produkty może i tanie ale sprowadzenie tego plus opłacenie VAT wiąże się z wydatkami sięgającymi połowy zamówienia.

Feb 27,2025I had somewhat of a difficult time using the application, but liked the help the customer service provides and learned how the website works. Thrilled to get items I wanted to purchase at a good price. Still, I had a couple issues that soured my experience. First issue has to be multiple items that were cancelled being sent. Bummed me a bit, and I was fine not receiving them until I saw I wasn’t refunded the shipping I paid for those items. Lost around 2k Yen and was only refunded the items canceled and not the fees around them. Last issue which is my biggest gripe is the shipping fee. I disliked I couldn’t see how much shipping would cost while creating the Parcels. Would’ve loved to know as I would’ve been completely fine choosing the longest option for cheap. I chose UPS for the width of the box as I was scared the size of my product wouldn’t fit the other options. Big mistake as shipping cost me around 11k Yen. Overall I spent more than I wanted and sad items canceled on me without delivery refunded on those. Loved the service, products and my package was completely safe and kept at perfect condition. I hope some changes can be made to prevent someone having the same experience as me. I already paid for everything so unfortunately I have to take the loss and move on.

Non ho mai avuto problemi o preoccupazioni scegliendo questo proxy (che è anche molto semplice da usare e offre svariate promozioni a seconda del periodo), e dal 2022 ho acquistato libri e oggettistica da Mandarake, Melonbooks, Mercari, Surugaya e Toranoana. Il mio ultimo ordine è arrivato ieri. Grazie davvero per la cura che mettete sempre nella gestione degli articoli e nell'imballaggio.

Feb 26,2025He realizado mi primera compra en ZenMarket y ha sido de lo peor, el artículo ha llegado equivocado, quiero entender que mí producto fué enviado a otra persona y el de él a mí, he pedido un PS Vita y me ha llegado un control de PlayStation y una batería, a pesar de toda la evidencia que les he proporcionado me han comentado que ellos no refuerzan la cinta así, cuando claramente ha sido para pegar los papeles aduanales, quiero poner esto como un precedente, para muchos talvez los $3000 pesos mexicanos que he invertido no sean mucho, para otros requiere de un esfuerzo conseguirlos, pero al final es una perdida que pesa bastante a cualquiera. No recomiendo el servicio, te cobran literalmente por pagar, con cada recarga de dinero te cobran una tarifa, y al final a pesar de que el envío esté asegurado no pueden indemnizarte ni ayudarte en nada. Servicio costoso y malo

Feb 24,2025Thank you for this long-awaited package! The delivery was quite slow for EMS (it took a month), but considering the logistics, it’s understandable. This has nothing to do with the quality of ZenMarket’s service! The packaging is excellent, just like last time. It was packed with great care to ensure that the items weren’t damaged, especially the flyer and photo cards, which have significant collectible value. A huge thank you for your thoughtful service and support! I highly recommend you to everyone!

It was a bit of an epic trying to get my blouse back from literal hell fires when my package got diverted from San Francisco to burning Los Angeles, but you did it. Other forwarders have been much less helpful when I've had lost, diverted or returned parcels, sometimes even refusing to compensate. EMS finally got it here fast (it went through LA again, but things are better there now AND EMS is handled more carefully), so I'm probably just going to keep using it, but I really appreciate the customer service I got.

Il est garanti qu’une carte SAR se trouve dans chaque boîte, mais la mienne n’en contenait aucune. ZenMarket refuse d’assumer la moindre responsabilité, affirmant qu’ils ne sont qu’un intermédiaire et qu’aucune preuve officielle n’existe, alors que des sources fiables confirment cette garantie. Leur service photo est inutile, car il ne permet pas de vérifier le contenu des packs scellés. Service client inexistant, aucune aide réelle, juste des excuses et des messages automatisés. À éviter absolument si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argent !

Feb 21,2025Si llegas a tener un problema en aduana se limpian las manos que su servicio solo es de proxy, si llegan a rebasar la cantidad de producto de una tienda especifica te dicen lo mismo, tardan muchisimo en contestar cosas sencillas que fuera para lo unico que fueran utiles. Cada año suben los precios y bajan las recompensas, llevo mas de dos años utilizandolo y ya mejor utilizo otras alternativas. Ya que cualquier problema no les interesas, ya les pagaste al momento de hacer deposito de saldo.
