Feb 26,2025Excellent service from start to finish. When I first saw your name, I read about you; called for a chat and reassurance and it was as you promised. No hassle at the counter asking for extra insurance; car beautiful and easy to drive; couple of little scratches that were highlighted. ( This was done by email and I didn’t see it until I’d left to compound. Make people aware earlier so that they can check before driving off would be my tip.) Return no problem. Khalid was a gentleman and explained everything….great guy.

Feb 26,2025“ Excess Protection We always remove your excess, so you're not out of pocket if the worst happens.” A false promise, I picked up a car from Drive On Holidays at Faro Airport. They wanted to take a hold of €2400 to cover the excess, I was forced to pay €75 to lower the excess to zero. I showed the booking conditions to the agent but they wouldn’t budge. First and last time with Zest.

Feb 26,2025Fantastic company. I always use them, and have done so in Switzerland, Italy, France, Canada and USA. Usually 2nd driver included for free, and also includes excess protection insurance. They are consistently cheaper than going straight to the car hire company. 100% reliable, and on rare times I have had to contact them about a rental issue, they have been super efficient and very helpful. I would never rent through anyone else.

Costs are clear and no one tries to sell you additional insurance at pick up. Pricing is competitive and cars are always clean and in excellent condition. The app is so easy to use.

Feb 25,2025I have used Zest car rental on numerous occasions in the last 3 years mainly in Spain from Alicante airport. Whatever concerns or questions I had were sorted quickly and competently. They helped resolve occasional issues with car hire companies that may not have been easily resolved when dealing with the company directly. They even responded directly to my feedback sent routinely at the end of our car hire. It makes you feel more confident hiring abroad in what can be a bit like “rouge traders”

Feb 25,2025We pre-booked and paid for the rental of an 8 seater car to be collected from Cape Town Airport on Saturday 15th February. Contrary to the collection instructions no one was there to meet us, the number given rang for over 30 mins (message kept telling us we were no1 or no 2 in the queue and would be answered in 5 mins). In the end we had to rent a car from Euro Car Hire, only one left was a small 4 seater causing us problems with transporting luggage and 2 children. 10 days on we are still waiting to hear from Zest Customer Relations who say they have to follow a procedure (which has not been explained to us) and it could take up to 28 days to get a response. Not sure how Which can be recommending Zest, but I certainly do not.

Feb 24,2025I've been renting vehicles all over Europe via ZEST for a few years now. This is perhaps the 6th or 7th time I'm using them. Great service, Great customer care, reasonably priced. I only hire cars through ZEST. Their insurance products are reasonably priced and I have the confidence of knowing that everything is sorted (insurance wise) and I'm covered before I travel. They have a good panel of providers and I've never had any issues.

Feb 24,2025Having found zest and used their services in November we booked a car for 26 nights in Spain at end January. The whole experience was positive from booking online to returning the car. An agent was waiting at the airport and took us to our almost new car; simple forms completed we were quickly away. Returning the car was even easier, with the agent spotting us on the way into the car park and meeting us in the parking spot with a luggage trolley! Great service

Feb 22,2025A Highly recommended Zest Car Rental Company based in UK, My wife and I rented a Car for a month through Zest Car Rental and I also included the full coverage insurance for the car, we had a hit and run accident in Lisbon and hit, broke the driver side mirror, I reported the accident and Zest provided me all the instructions how to file for a claim, in that process when we arrived and back to the U.S., I filed the claim and since I did not have all the pertinent papers for the claim, I message. zest Car Rental and. Hannah helped me through the process in completing my claim. I just want to give Zest Car Rental a 5 Star Service as I have an amazing experience with this incredible Car rental company, we will be using them again and again in our car rental travel needs, Thanks Hannah and to all the Staff of Zest Car Rental, you guys are super helpful and a amazing company, Thank you 🙏
