A small military operation just to order a payg sim card and top up voucher......finally something clicked and hey presto !....2 sim cards aaaaaaaaaaaand.....3 top up voucher cards !.....waheeeeeeeey !. Now, i have downloaded the Asda mobile app and wanted to reset my password....requested this and a link was sent to my e-mail.....no. Tried several times but nothing been sent to my e-mail. Aaaaaaaagh, ring Asda mobile helpline number 2732 and finally speak to a human being.....only this human being talks quiet, and does not have shall we say.....'Queens English'....you know what i mean. Will not give up anyway.......we fight !.

Constantly refuses to renew a bundle. When calling up support I was told last month it was because I didn't give my address details. Happened again today and I'm told that my bundle is not due until tomorrow. So I cannot login and renew. Must wait until tomorrow. Aargh!

Had a problem with the online registration so called customer support and they had me set up in minutes super pleased with how easy everything went this is a well deserved 5 stars from me excellent experience.

Satisfactory service. SIM card was slower to arrive than implied by the advertising, and I could not access my ASDA account from the Mobile site - had to go to the ASDA shopping site. But my phone does all that I want from it, so now that I have the connection, it is fine and good value for money.

It's been 2 weeks and I still can't register my SIM card with my online account. Support just keep telling me to try each day until it works. I've called 4 times and still no resolution.

Still waiting nearly 3 weeks for technical issues to be resolved in order to receive a code to authorise my new account. Customer service terrible.
