Still no sim card whats going on
Constantly refuses to renew a bundle. When calling up support I was told last month it was because I didn't give my address details. Happened again today and I'm told that my bundle is not due until tomorrow. So I cannot login and renew. Must wait until tomorrow. Aargh!
On line app won't allow me to activate my account
What went wrong? I never received a sim card and I am still waiting so I can't really give a positive feedback only a honest one.
I haven’t received my SIM card yet waiting over 2 weeks so far

Managed to register but can't sign in. Click forgot password but to no abail. Is just waste of time.

Satisfactory service. SIM card was slower to arrive than implied by the advertising, and I could not access my ASDA account from the Mobile site - had to go to the ASDA shopping site. But my phone does all that I want from it, so now that I have the connection, it is fine and good value for money.

It's been 2 weeks and I still can't register my SIM card with my online account. Support just keep telling me to try each day until it works. I've called 4 times and still no resolution.

Feb 18,2025A small military operation just to order a payg sim card and top up voucher......finally something clicked and hey presto !....2 sim cards aaaaaaaaaaaand.....3 top up voucher cards !.....waheeeeeeeey !. Now, i have downloaded the Asda mobile app and wanted to reset my password....requested this and a link was sent to my e-mail.....no. Tried several times but nothing been sent to my e-mail. Aaaaaaaagh, ring Asda mobile helpline number 2732 and finally speak to a human being.....only this human being talks quiet, and does not have shall we say.....'Queens English'....you know what i mean. Will not give up anyway.......we fight !.
