100% this is a SCAM. They took my money for months and refused my claim when it came time to pay up. They seemed sketchy from the start due to bad reviews and other claims of fraud! I found out the hard way how deceptive and useless they are.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! If you have a non basic car/truck parts will not be covered. Both claims I am were denied because they did want to pay for the parts my Chevy Tahoe needed. If you buy this auto protection you will be upset. They say I didn’t reach 1000 miles. When in fact I did. Also tried getting my suspension cover and they don’t cover that

I deal with Eric and he’s awesome. Always on top of everything, and doesn’t stop until the whole thing gets resolved. Very easy to talk to and understanding as well. Have multiple cars covered with them and it’s always been a pleasant result.

Run for your lives! The biggest scam. They are frauds that will give you fake names. Only 2 guys work there in addition to their CEO doesn't even have the company name on her linkedin because she knows is a fake fraud company, and Robin is also a fraud. They threatened me to remove my review! Their sales person promised the world and then when the car needed fixing they literally would not answer your calls! It’s been around one year months now and I’m waiting on them. Then finally they waid they will give me the money, and lied about that part for months as well. The check never arrived and they again stopeed answering phone calls. The biggest scam in history of insurances. Their management were rude and literally lied point blank. Very excuse they use is “this was a pre-existing problem! I have a 1 year insurance, 5 months through I encountered a problem? How on earth is it pre-existing? Should I wait till after the warranty expires to fix it so that you qualify for as a “qualifying” problem? 😂 scammers Also they REPORTED my review because I mentioned their agents name and they have the nerves to mention one of their customers name in return!!! Tells you enough about how unprofessional they are and the double standards. Just run people find a company’s that is respectful. They are bullies and liras Today finally I got through to someone from customer support. Let’s see what they do about it. I’ll keep you updated

Empire Auto Protect is a complete SCAM/PYRAMID SCHEME. And the thought that its founding CEO Robin Kassin, wants to take this horrible business public on the NY stock exchange is absolutely disgusting and would be a catastrophic move for consumers this business preys upon. Let me elaborate. In 02/2023 I submitted a quote for an extended vehicle warranty online. Not long after I get a text from a rep Eric at EAP about a special they are running for that day which is a few hundred dollars off the price. He then calls me and says he can offer me a top of the line Titanium warranty which is the best they have with a 100.00 deductible that will cover the vehicle I just purchased bumper to bumper for 5years or 75,000 miles, for (3500.00) that day only special if paid in full. Mind you, this is the best that covers everything 100%. All sounded good so I signed up. That vehicle was a Volvo XC90, well after an issue arose with that vehicle and to their credit they paid for a control arm. That vehicle ended up having another undiagnosable issues with a rattling noise at acceleration. After months of back and fourth and a pending claim with EAP and about a 1000.00 of unreimbursed diagnostic fees..I chucked it up to being a bad purchase with the car and sold it. I then Purchased a 17 BMW 750i from a local BMW dealer and had the warranty transferred to BMW based on the recommendation from the rep Eric and supervisor Jason that I had been dealing with at EAP. Now, On 1/31/2024 I get in my car and and start driving and a message pops up saying coolant low, add coolant and see service. So I called right away and they got my car in same day and a day later the dealer says the radiator assembly needs to be replaced it’s leaking coolant. So EAP says sorry sir we don’t cover leaks. Well why not it’s a covered part. We just don’t. Well how else does a radiator fail? No answer. Well it should be covered it’s a covered part. Ok sir have the dealer change the invoice from leak to failure. ?? It makes no sense and shouldn’t matter how it’s written.. a failure is a failure.. now they said it’s flagged for fraud because the dealer rewrote the invoice per the supervisors request and it’s not covered..??? I also supposedly pressured the claims manager into a corner..??. How? because my question was valid on a covered part that failed? what constitutes a radiator failure? And I’m sorry.. I’m not a push over and I don’t take no or IDK for an answer. And I want answers!.. So, now this rude company nor its cowardly owners will call me or my attorney back. They do have a subrogation clause in their contract witch I’m trying to envoke sent out last week and I’d assume they will avoid it until suite is filed and bet your behinds it will be. I guess we shall see how this plays out. I’ll update as it goes along. If any of y’all need an amazing attorney dealing with the trash company.. feel free to reach out.

I purchased this plan over 3 years ago and I never had to use the service until this week. All I had to do was drop my car off to the dealer I gave them my warranty card and that’s it. I received a call literally 2 hours I dropped my car off and I was notified that it was approved by empire. That following day I picked my vehicle up from the service department. Exceptional service!!

I signed up for their warranty service and they did everything they could to keep from paying for the repairs. My car broke down on Thursday and I had it towed in on Friday. I called to let them know they said I couldn't make a claim because there wasn't a payment I told them that the payment was suppose to come out on the 4th of the month he was loud rude kept saying the same thing hung up in my face I called the lady that takes the payments she said it is processing and they can't see the payments I told to debit the account again she gave me a conformation number. I called claims back the man said everything was fine just have the service department call us. The service department called on Saturday a man named Clyde told them that my policy was canceled and I was not covered on Monday I called Empire Auto Warranty I spoke to a supervisor told him what was going on he said we canceled it because my car was a pre-existing condition. My car have never given me any trouble until that Thursday night 02/08/24 this is not the time to cancel somebody after I had my car towed in and they have started working on it and they have given me a price for the repairs he hung up in my face. At this point I wanted to speak to the owner I called Empire auto warranty again they Blocked my number they never called me i called them to let them no the paymdnt did not go through they lie they donot tell the truth and now they want to hide my revuew because they no what they've done is a disgrace to all warranty companies. Please unhide my review do that people will know the truth They never took any pay ments out i have my bank statement to prove it and i talked to my bank no attempts were made to gev their payment. They have lied in their response to my review. I have proof bjt my Attorney is handling it now. Unhide my review i want people to no; DONT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! Unfortunately, there's no option to leave a negative rating. Please be cautious as Empire Auto Protect is fraudulent. The sales team (name removed due to Trustpilot policy) sold me a plan, representing it as a titanium package, but it turned out to be only a 'repair and assist' service. The discrepancy came to light when I received the policy confirmation via email, which clearly stated 'repair and assist'. Upon questioning, one representative (name removed due to Trustpilot policy) explained that the naming differs across states. However, the true nature of the plan was fully revealed when I encountered an issue with my car and the claims department informed me it was not the platinum plan, but merely repair and assist. This situation is highly unethical, misleading innocent customers. Should you review the recorded conversation (as you do record), you will find that I specifically requested the platinum package. One of their sales people repeatedly assured me that what I was purchasing was indeed the platinum package, albeit referred to by a different name in various states. At no point did I consent to a lesser package. It appears there has been a misrepresentation on your part. I encourage you to examine the recording closely and identify any instance that contradicts my statement above I am prepared to escalate this matter legally if necessary, which would involve disclosing your recording as evidence. Such a step would undoubtedly clarify the misunderstanding. Perhaps pursuing legal action to uncover the truth is a viable option. GUYS PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEM!!!!
