Nov 01,2023Do yourself a huge favor and do not sign up with Empire Auto Protect, I have had extended warranties through my life, and this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I signed up in good faith and based on their "good rating" with Empire Auto Protect in October 2022. I purchased their top-of-the-line Titanium package. In February 2023, I had a check engine light, and I took the car to the dealership. The diagnostic was a defective ignition coil. The dealership contacted them and were told that the claim was denied. I ended up having to pay for the diagnostics and the repair. After multiple attempts via email and phone calls to reverse the claim, I was told that it was considered a worn part even though it is specifically mentioned as covered on their Titanium policy line 14. I kept writing and calling them and eventually I was told that my policy had been cancelled and a refund was processed on April 18th, 2023. I kept requesting proof of the refund to no response and to this day, October 31st, 2023, I have not received the credit WHICH AMOUNTS TO $2,900.00. I contacted an attorney who sent them multiple emails which have also been ignored. (I have all the documentation proving my terrible experience that I would gladly share if you were interested.

Oct 27,2023Real simple i drop my truck off , left my Empire warranty info card with the mechanic they handled it from there . Empire paid my cliam i got my truck no issues or anything negative

Sep 22,2023All I can say is Mr. Perry was awesome my claims adjuster. The turnaround time was very quick. The response time from phone calls to emails were on point for me at least. I know that other people want to complain but you need to check your garage a lot of times it is the garage that is causing problems for you and that’s what I ran into. Empire was great at helping me through the process of having to move my vehicle from one garage to another once that happened my car was fixed within three days and the day that it was ready. Empire paid my bill more than 80% of it the same day directly so I don’t know where you can get anything better. Their towing was also amazing! The driver actually dropped me home as ut was on the way to my garage at tte time. Good luck!

Sep 07,2023Scam alert 🚨🚨🚨🚨Sellers lie I was told 100 DLLs deductible and they will repair car no matter amount of $ , when I read the contract they will cover 25 % only , and up to 7500 USD , so I better canceled , stay away and grab something better, never received refunded , guy gets mad when you call , and they will say in reply we will not your info

Aug 17,2023The salesman was great, promised me everything but the kitchen sink, told me everything would be covered, just like the factory warranty. When I discovered this warranty just cost me close to $3K, and what he promised was covered and what was actually covered wasn't even close, I called and cancelled the next day. The rep wasn't pleased. In fact, he became rude and almost offensive. In spite of his unprofessional behavior, he finally realize I wasn't interested in anything he had to say about keeping me on as a customer and said I would receive a refund within 5-7 business days. (There was no mention about signing and sending in a signed cancellation contract agreement, by the way, which is what needs to be done). So now, after almost a month of calling, texting, emailing my cancelled contact and sending it to them, still no refund. If you look at their website and try to pull up any information on their menu such as FAQ, ABOUT US, or CONTACT US, there's nothing, it's blank. There's also no mention about refunds, but the salesman will tell you over and over again, if you're not happy, we'll refund your money within 30 days! So, do yourself a favor, try an honest company, like Endurance or some of the others that have full disclosures on their website, but definitely NOT Empire Auto Protection! Now Empire Protect will respond saying they issued a refund, which is a ball faced lie. In order to get my money back, I have to file a dispute with my Credit Card Company. (I'll also file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB). I urge you to stay away from this company. You'll be happy you did!

Aug 16,2023After talking to Michael at Empire Auto Protect, He made some calls and they approved my claim. They did not pay the entire claim but paid approx $1300 of a $2100 repair bill.
