The customer service I received was outstanding. In addition to being informed, the personnel took their time answering all of my questions and concerns. They took the time to go over the several coverage options with me, assisting me in making an informed choice that fit both my needs and my budget.
My encounter with EMPIRE AUTO PROTECT has been nothing short of A NIGHTMARE!! It feels like they're simply enjoying the show between myself and their claim company DEALER LOYALTY PROTECT having sold me what turned out to be a FAKE warranty through one of their salespersons. The lack of transparency and authenticity in their dealings is disconcerting. The worst service you can buy!!! I had transmission go out on my van and they wouldn't cover it. I jumped through the hoops like they asked me to do. almost $9000 in repairs! listen if something goes wrong in a part and that causes other parts to go wrong. that should not be means for something not to be covered. I would understand if was to be ignoring the issues and waited to fix it but I didn't. The shop I took it to and myself experienced poor service just trying to get Empire Auto to work with us on the reasoning behind there denied claim. If I would have got an explanation as to why it was denied and not just brushed it would have been a better experience. Very poor claim coverage. I would think twice about buying with this company...
Called for a quote to purchase auto warranty as my vehicle was getting up there in miles. We went over numerous plans and items along with how I lived less then half a mile from work and have a second car so it's not used much. We agreed on their Titanium Full coverage plan with 0 deductible and they would cover all costs for parts and labor. Was told I just couldn't claim for preexisting conditions or any claims for the first 30 days and there was no mileage limitations. Fast forward 4 months and I have an issue when driving to the store. Call my shop and I bring it in. They state it is a transmission issue as some of the gears are gone which was the huge jerk that I felt while driving. They file the claim and it gets denied saying I didn't drive the minimum needed miles of 1000 before the warranty kicked in. I specifically asked about this before purchasing as it would take me over 3 years to go 1000 miles on that vehicle and it's a 4 year contract. Why would I pay almost 1200 a year to not be able to use it. On top of that I find out they say I only have 500 dollars in coverage. All of this after being transferred consistently, hung up on, put on hold for hours and just plain ignored. The entire company is very rude and severely lacks customer service. This is what you deal with while trying to get your vehicle fixed over a 2 week period. Then I asked for a full refund as what I'm being told is not what I agreed to and they refuse to refund me all the money I've paid. So now not only am I out almost 400 bucks after being mislead to purchase a policy that did not feature or cover everything like I was informed. This company has bait and switched coverages on me as well as mis-led me to believe I was getting one type of warranty with no restrictions other then 30 days to having a repair assist policy that I was unaware of an unwanted. On top of that they won't assist in fixing my vehicle or refund me for misleading me in the first place. They like to lie on responses and say you are in a cheaper plan, etc. Truth is I purchased a bumper to bumper warranty with 0 deductible and was their top Titanium plan. Was told is was fully covered for parts and labor. Don't purchase or associate with this company. They will scam you out of money, change everything from what was originally told when purchasing. Contract booklet comes in the mail past their cancelation deadline so they can try to trap you for many years. Just AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This review will likely get flagged as they flag all negative reviews which you can see via trustpilots transparency clauses just message them if you need help finding the info. Update to response: The issue is that was not informed before hand when specifically asked. Bait and switch scheme is what you did. They keep flagging for personal information because they don't want their names available although their names are kept in the fake good reviews they leave themselves. They did finally refund everything after I disputed all the charges but I highly advise you to stay away from this scamming company. You will just have headaches and be subjected to rude and unprofessional employees.

Jay is awesome ! Very knowledgeable about how the car warranty process works and good pricing. As an avid car buyer, I decided not to buy the car so easily received a refund. Note I didn’t cancel the warranty because of Empire warranty but because I didn’t buy the car ! Excellent service and fantastic fast resolution. Well done

Eric was great. He was upfront with the whole process and answered all my questions straightforward. I read his he reviews and I was pleased. A side note, I got quotes from three other companies and they could not come close to matching Empire. They asked me where I got the quote I was given, I told them and all three other companies said they can’t compete with them. They also said that Empire was a great company.
Just want to say thank you. I've only had my coverage for 3 months and I had a mechanical issue.I had my car towed (which was covered) to my mechanic's shop,after my mechanic took a look it was determined it was a blown head gasket. After sending some maintenance records as requested ALLwas covered I can't thank you enough,I already told 2 friends to call.
jay was an excellent person and looked out for me on a Good deal when I most needed it. I didn't have a lot of money to begin the Christmas season. jay looked out for me on my coverage and gave me some extra Christmas spirit. he knows that we all as humans have alot of responsibilities during the Christmas season. God is truly Good.
I just singed up with empire so I can speak to the service do to my car. But Eric was very helpful. Believe me when I say calling around all day to all the companies you see on TV and asking my dealer what ones to stay away from listening to the sales pitch's all day gets pretty exhausting! Empire was the first I called and the company I went with. He didn’t talk bad about any other competitors let me call around. He called me at the end of the day to find out what my decision was. I fell that I’m in good hands and so is my 2020 Range Rover!
Just got my information and when I first spoke to Jason, I specifically asked about a waiting period.... I was told 30 days......okay. Just received my information and there is a 1,000 mile addition to the waiting period. You forgot about that part of the explanation!!! Not happy about this but I will keep my policy and see what happens.... It will take me at least 3 months to get to that 1,000 miles!!!
Empire’s customer service rep turned what was a horrible denial into something positive by going the extra step. Appreciate it.

Honestly I believe this company is deserving of two stars. The sold me on their best warranty for my 2017 Hyundai accent. Well fast forward a couple weeks ago my ignition coal failed. I have 4 ignitions coals and they're all the same age. Christian brother automotive explains to Auto Protect that once one fails the other do shortly after. by replacing all four it will SAVE NOT ONLY AUTO PROTECT BUT THIER CUSTOMER I.E ME! They refused to replace all four and insisted on replacing one. My car was in the shop for 4 days I lost 500+ in revenue and paid deductible.. well 10days later a second ignition coal failed. Out two days lost 250+ and deductible. Two days later another fails. I lose $250+ and Deductible. IN CONCLUSION DUE TO AUTO PROTECT POLICY THEY HAVE COST ME $1,300. THATS MORE MONEY THEN IF I WOULD HAVE REPLACED IT MYSELF ALL AT ONCE. DUMN!
company is shady as all get out our car has been in the shop for 3 weeks now they have been giving us and the mechanic the run around and rude as hell not to mention ignoring most of phone calls
