Go drivers are so helpful and nice to me Im elderly I use go cars they help me in and out of the taxi help me with my bags always nice and polite Excellent company Number one in luton John Cosgrove

The worst experience ever The driver refused to take me to the airport area saying there is too much traffic Instead i had to walk 10 minutes with my bags in the rain

I haven't got enough time or energy to fully write what I think of this firm. But I short they are the worst taxi firm I've ever used and I have told my family never to use them. I didn't feel safe and I ended up having to direct the driver who had zero local knowledge of the area. Will never use again.

Where do you start with such appalling service? My wife ordered a taxi from Shrewsbury hospital in the early hours (having spent all day in A&E and AMU), the nurse stated it would be a card payment. She was wheeled out and left waiting in the rain for 20 minutes. The driver then said his machine wasn't working, so it would have to be cash, so had to go to a cash machine. On arriving she was dropped off in a puddle and got soaking feet and realised she had dropped her medical file in the car, so called to get it back, to which the asked for the same fare again to return less than 5 miles, which reduced to £15.50 but needed to download Veezu app which was useless and surprise... he took the card payment. Avoid at all cost these soulless cowboys.

I will not be using your app again. 3 weeks ago I used your app to book a taxi, the bank informed me that you charged me twice for one destination so I cancelled it. Now I am still waiting after 3 weeks to be credited back my money. I will continue to pursue this until I get my money back.

Booked taxi for 7.45 for it to turned up 40 mins late used them for a2nd occasion booked for 7.45 ring to see where my taxi is to be told if I use the app (which I did pre booked the taxis the night before ) I am a priority but that doesn’t mean it will turn up at this time , so I questioned the point of using the app to pre book if they just send them whenever anyway , I rang 3 times to see how much longer my taxi would be to be told I booked my taxi for 8.30 this company is a joke will not be using this company again only reason for 1 star is because there isn’t a zero star option

The taxi was booked for 8.00am to take us to Telford train station and didn't arrive. When I phoned to check I was told that the next 'available' taxi would be sent ASAP. So, in other words they had no intention of sending a taxi to arrive at 8.00am. Just appalling, especially as we were travelling to Birmingham Airport so it was crucial that we caught our train. We were left completely in limbo and had to ask our neighbour for a lift which luckily he was able to do. Abysmal service, they don't deserve even 1 star.

Booked taxi on app said 11mins away black Mercedes 45 mins later 5 phone calls still no taxi just a load of lies wasn't even bothered that they was 45min late or sorry just pur lies like I say 45mins later a blue toyota turns claming that he knows nothing as its only just be booked what a load o fcrap do not use these bunch of liying cowboys as for there rebrand thinking that changing there name means all the bad press go's away shows just how arrangant they are avoid at all costs

Use this company every single day for what they make u late u pre book taxis for a set time ur still waiting 45 mins over ur time, then when u say just putting shoes and coat on ect ect then they drive off what is the point of this company

Booked a taxi from Albert's Shed in Telford with a friend, with one drop off and then get myself home. First part of the journey was fine until my friend got out and that's when the driver turned on me. He asked for me to pay the fare on his card machine and I said I will pay at the end as Airpay has my card details and didn't want to be charged twice. Driver all of a sudden kicked off and asked me to leave the taxi if I wasn't going to pay. I made it clear I am willing to pay, but at the end of the journey when I have something to pay for, but if I need to leave the taxi then I will let Go Carz know that the driver kicked me out the taxi and let a young, vulnerable woman walk home alone. He kicked off even more and called the police and then had the police on the phone claiming I was refusing to pay!!!! I showed him my card and said "I have my money on this card and already said I am willing to pay but at the end like I always do as the card details are on Airpay and all that was needed to process my card!" so he slammed down his card machine and said "if you pay, you pay now!" so I felt forced to and he still wanted me to leave the taxi and I refused to coz I paid for the fayre of one drop off and for me to get home now, so he can drive me home. He took his seat belt off turned around and stared me out. Then put his seat belt on and drove me home. I have never felt so humiliated and scared owing to a taxi service in my life. I felt targeted as if he wanted an advance payment then he could have asked at the start of the journey whilst I wasn't alone. It felt like he waited until I was alone to take advantage. I had a panic attack when at home! Rang the office to complain but they didn't care, all I got was "you have no complaint because the drivers are entitled to ask for payment whenever they want" even after I explained that's not the issue it was the fact it was blown out of proportion, especially after I stated I showed him my card because he had the police on the phone for no reason. She twisted my words on the phone and said "as you have said, you wagged the card in his face and I would have called the police too". She was very aggressive and dismissive. Disgusting service from Go Carz office and taxi driver. They didn't care I felt I wasn't safe owing to their service. Awful, awful service. Will never use again.

A group of four 18 year old girls, taxi was over an hour late, providers were VERY unhelpful and kept lying about the wait. When eventually a taxi arrived, they charged us £10 extra, knowing we had no other choice. Midway journey, in the middle of nowhere, we queried the increased price and the driver told us to either to pay immediately or get out, bearing in mind we would be 4 girls in the middle of nowhere with no service. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Wish there were an option for ZERO Stars. Most horrible taxi journey! Booked yesterday evening for today morning taxi to the airport. #1 My house address is "1 ******* Rd" and the driver "couldn't find the house"- he says he was ON ****** Rd but couldn't find house number 1!!!!! #2 Driver was about to miss the airport exit on the motorway- thank God I was paying attention and reminded him to take the exit just in time! #3 Driver refused to drop me off at Premier Drop (specified at the time if Booking) even though I said I'm happy to pay him extra- he dropped me off at the Free Dropoff zone (10m away) in the rain from where I had to walk/run pushing my baggage all the way to the Airport. #4 At the Dropoff, the driver didn't accept Card payments (I had specified this at the time of booking that I would be paying by Card) and wanted cash. I asked for the Payment link to be sent but the link wouldn't work. My whole time in the airport security queue was spent speaking on the phone to sort out the payment. I finally got the driver's bank details and paid directly into the his bank account. HORRIBLE!!!!

I am not trying to make an issue, one of the work partners on your end. Since I asked a question to know the price before hand has said £5.20. it turned out to be £6.50 with the driver. So that was a misunderstanding somewhere. I didn’t want to be a pain so I paid the driver £6.50. If anyone can look into it and let me know please it’s literally only £1.30 😂 “the system is rigged” the ——pick up location—— WV13np next to favourite chicken Victoria street ——Drop off point—— Wv13rl wharf street And no I didn’t get a lift anywhere else after that

First time user, via the app. I was picked up and arrived on time. However the app gives very little information. Extra fees (10%) were added on booking with no explanation given, and did not appear on my receipt. I booked the night before but until 10 minutes before my journey, my journey was still "pending" and constantly refreshing the page with no driver yet assigned. I had to phone up to find out this is their usual arrangement and somebody was indeed coming. This didn't give me confidence that I was actually going to catch my train. The driver was polite and friendly but exceeded the speed limit.

Booked a week in advance through the app. This company has monopolised the local taxis so no option but this service. Didn’t turn up on time and said they were busy and we were a priority but nothing. Had to use alternate methods to make appointments. Absolutely disgusting service. What is the point in using these people when service is so pathetic. Lots of excuses and apologies but no taxi

Absolutely terrible. Embarrassing service. Joke of a company. Lack of any sort of organisation or customer service. Lied to by one of the team about time taxi would come. Ended up waiting over an hour then it never came. So embarrassing.

The worst ever taxi experience I had I my life. They lie to you they say 10/15 minutes then I called after 21 minutes she said we’re busy then she said someone is on way and will be with you in 6 minutes now it’s been another 33 minutes and I called they saying no one available as soon as available they’ll send one

I haven't had too many bad experiences in the past. But recently it seems the drivers are starting to request only cash payments, despite airpay and card being the options too. It's very inconvenient and somewhat worrying, because a lot of people don't carry cash. It happened yesterday for me, and my sister was last week. The driver seemed to be stopping the airpay payment being made, and then said that they don't accept card payments. It's all very dodgy and needs to be addressed urgently by the company.
