Mar 09,2023My claim was reported into Innocent Driver on Saturday afternoon whilst they were closed. On Monday at 9am Charlene my dedicated case manager was on the phone to get the ball rolling to get my claim sorted. Charlene had the repairer instructed and in touch by 10am to take my vehicle in for an estimate, I was then contacted to arrange a hire car all before the afternoon on the day of reporting. I couldn’t recommend Innocent Driver enough, having had experience with claims in the past this has been a breath of fresh air with his hands free it has been for me.

Feb 27,2023My car was badly damaged when another driver drove into it while it was parked at the roadside. I was getting stressed out about how to deal with it all until I was put in contact with Amy Hamilton who took over dealing with everything. Amy contacted the at fault drivers insurance company and dealt with the whole process fantastically, taking all the stress away. The service I received was excellent thanks to Amy who arranged for everything from the recovery of my car, hire of a courtesy car to dealing with the car repairers everything went smoothly. I was kept informed and updated regularly by telephone and email. An outstanding service. I can't thank Amy enough for all her assistance. Would highly recommend.

Innocent driver made the entire process much easier, got my car sorted and got a replacement hire car for that duration as well. Would highly recommend

I had a courtesy car dropped off at my front door within 24 hours of contact and my damaged car was picked up and taken to a local garage to be repaired then brought back . Will definitely be recommending to family and friends

Nov 29,2022Unfortunately I have been involved in 2 collisions over 2 years which were not my fault. In both instances I used Innocent Driver and on both occasions received impeccable service. Replacements cars delivered to my home within 24 hours which were of superior quality to my own car. Also the advice and expertise from their Staff made a stressful situation much easier and resulted in no excess fees and no involvement with insurance companies. All in all a profesional company with above and beyond customer service.

Nov 08,2022What a load of nonsense this company are i operate a recovery company this company messed me about for 6 months for my charges and wanted my customer whos car was damaged while parked totally non fault they wanted him to pay me for the recovery and storage of his wrecked car so they could take the car away and bill the insurance company for my charges then give my client his money that he had to pay me for releasing it what an absolute shambles of a company

My car was collected and taken for repair and my very nice curtesy car delivered at the same time. Very happy with the repair and now happily back driving my own car hassle free. I had quite a bad experience with my own insurance and wish I had contacted innocent driver from the beginning! From a hire vehicle to get me back on the road to getting me booked with a trusted body shop and also answering all of my questions and there were a lot! Thanks again, would 100 percent recommend to take the stress out of your claim.
