I never had a clue what the process was dealing with insurance companies and remembered Innocent Driver from the radio...if you've been in an accident and it wasn't your fault.. call us. Well, all I had to do was give them some details and they did the rest....no stress, no hassle and saves you lots of time. They were professional, very friendly and always updating me during the process. I even got a like for like car. Why would you want to deal with all this when you have a 5 star company who can "take the pain out of your claim" Would definitely recommend 👌

May 15,2023Since the day I have reported my claim, the claim handler Amy has been so helpful and she has been communicating with me given me updates on the progress of my claim all the time. At one point, I felt 3rd party insurer was delaying the claim, however everything has been sorted now and I'm so happy to use Innocent Driver and recommend their service to everyone.
