Horrible customer service. Provider routinely no-shows for scheduled appointments. I've had 3 no-shows in the past year. Twice they refused to refund the money I prepaid. They would only give me a 'credit'. But, that is useless when they reschedule and you have another no-show. When you try to call them, be prepared to be on hold for an hour, if they actually pick up the phone. Buyer beware.

After five months, MEDvidi's hidden business model has come into clear view. They ultimately came up short in supporting me. Even though I never indicated to them, it was always the major concern. I've been taking the same 0.5 mg alprazolam per day, from September until mid-January, a relatively low dose, but I do understand there is legitimate concern regarding this medication. Having said that I do have previous experience with it, and I've never had a lasting significant problem if something happens to the source. So at my 5th month with MEDvidi, I asked my physician, Dr. Bradley Noon, to slightly increase the original dosage, which he did do for me, albeit with slight protest saying there was a limit to 30 tablets per month. He did not say there was a limit on dosage, which of course there is, but what was he telling me without saying when he did just RAISE my dose? Note, without asking for clarification, I stood a chance of getting burned, but that is me trying not to press, thinking maybe a potential problem may fade (when absolutely I should have). But then he surely did radically short me the next month - without consulting me in any way - without communicating to me AS A MATTER OF FACT this is what he planned to do. Had I known he was going to do this when I asked for the increase, I would have told him to just disregard. But he did short me TO 2/3 OF MY ORIGINAL LOWER DOSE - NOT TO 2/3 OF MY LATEST HIGHER DOSE WHICH WOULD HAVE GOTTEN ME BACK TO THE ORIGINAL, SO I'M EFFECTIVELY AT A NEW 66% OF MY ORIGINAL LOWER! And it's over specifically a 30-day period. And all of that is critical. The dose is significantly lower and it's over the 30-day period. It locks me into that period where I can't obtain my original lower dose that I had been taking for 5 months without paying another $160 for another MEDvidi appointment with Dr. Noon - and of course I can't go anywhere else because Dr. Noon's prescription exists in force until the end of the 30-day period (nearly mid-March!). So let me be clear when I say, if you ask for a higher dose using the combination of MEDvidi / Dr.Noon, you might get burned. In any case, ask the questions. Don't be silent in your telehealth appointment like I did, thinking a problem may not materialize. MEDvidi refuses to help, therefore my overall picture of MEDvidi can only be that of a company that is unable/unwilling to support me beyond the basic. Beware MEDvidi if you are similar to me.

While Gina has beeen incredibly helpful, she cannot help that "Doctor" MARYAM AYAZ profiles patients based on her personal whims. This "Doctor" ought to be released immediately, as she is single-handedly acting in direct contradiction to the advertising of EZCare / MEDVidi. Fine by me; obviously, all of us have a choice as to who we use for online help with ADHD. Hopefully, others have a better experience – honestly, it has taken a great deal of tolerance for the ridiculous scheduling, incessant communication, and missed appointments due to EZCare simply not modernizing their approach to schedule appointments. I sincerely hope that others have a better experience; this has been a struggle since day one. With the exception of a few bright spots, such as Gina.

What a joke of a company!!! First off I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes on my doctor to never show up then I wait 30 minutes on hold just for customer care to hang up on me now I’ve been on hold for 43 minutes and counting. I’ve had 5 appointments in 4 days and still haven’t seen or talked with a doctor. And can’t seem to get my money back without disputing the charges with credit card company. I had very similar problems a year and a half ago with this company.

I've been seeing Dr David Okonkwo for months and he's helped me tremendously. He always takes the time to talk out my multiple problems. I think he's a wonderful doctor. And he's actually probably the only reason I'm still here. I do however have issues connecting to the video chat. But everyone has been very helpful worth getting That worked out. I would definitely recommend my friends a and family to see him

I was seen by Ashlie Morrissey who isn't my normal provider. My provider either wasn't working or has left the company. But this provider prescribed medicine to my pharmacy that is no longer being manufactured. Meaning I had no medication prescribed and was removed for a controlled substance abruptly. My pharmacy and I contacted medvidi since December 2024- January 2025 multiple times communicating this issue with no resolution. It took filing a complaint with the BBB and with my bank to get medvidi attention. Only for the provider to claim that I was in violation of there contract for going to my primary doctor because I was having horrible side effects from being pulled off the medication abruptly. That's not a violation. A violation is when you clearly see I've been getting multiple rx from multiple providers and that never happened. My primary doctor stepped and was doing what Ashlie Morrissey should've been doing providing patient care. Not taking people's money and sending medications that are no longer being manufactured nor supplied to any pharmacy. Ashlie Morrissey after getting more information from other patients is a holistic provider and her views on control substance medications she doesn't favor. That is going to cause or harm other patients down the road like myself. And had I not gone to my primary doctor for help. I've would've been still struggling and suffering with side effects because of her negligence. Do not and I mean do not use this company. I didn't start having issues until I was seen with Ashlie Morrissey, PA

Absolutely horrible experience. And a waste of money who has $150 a month for visits to approve prescriptions plus the cost of prescriptions. When I needed just a refill and wasn’t able to book, they decided I should just go cold turkey off of Wellbutrin. Scam and undereducated professionals.

David Okonkwo had the audacity to tell me I was NEVER on Adderall, despite the fact that my profile clearly shows I was prescribed Adderall multiple times by my recent doctor at MedVidi. It’s right there in black and white, yet David Okonkwo either didn’t bother to check or deliberately ignored it. I paid for this appointment expecting real medical care, but instead, David Okonkwo completely dismissed me, disrespected me, and acted like my medical history didn’t exist. This is beyond unacceptable. I demand a full refund immediately or a different doctor who actually knows how to read a patient’s profile—because David Okonkwo clearly doesn’t.

New SCAM AND TIME WASTE WARNING This company is a scam and I'm going to be working with my bank to get my money back. I just waited on hold for another 45 minutes trying to speak with somebody. Originally I had an appointment scheduled for 7:00 p.m Tuesday January 28th. They said the professional was not available at that time, and they rescheduled me for 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday January 28th. I made it to my appointment 5 minutes early and waited on hold for 20 minutes of my evening. AFTER waiting on hold for 20 minutes the doctor canceled due to a "personal Emergency" completely wasting my time. Then no one responded to my emails or text messages or even called to reschedule the next day. I reached out to reschedule my appointment by calling. I called and as soon as the individual picked up I was hung up on because the line disconnected. I had to call again and wait on hold for 25 minutes. They were still not able to solve my issue and get me rescheduled immediately during that call. Then I received a text message if I could do at 8:00 in the morning on Monday which I cannot do morning appointments. This is why I scheduled originally an evening appointment. Then I received a text message asking if I could schedule for 5:15 p.m. I replied that I could, but then no one ever responded or actually scheduled that appointment for me. Now I just waited on hold another 45 minutes to try and get a hold of somebody and no one ever answered so I had to leave a voice message. After I left the voice message I received another text asking if I could have a doctor's appointment at 3:15 a.m.. they gave me several times that were at absurd times in the morning like this. When I responded saying I'm not available at those times. I is still not heard from them now for 2 days. This is been going on for weeks. This is by far the most unprofessional service. I believe it's a scam. Do not trust the service! Even look at their reply below... after I explained that they've wasted hours and hours of my time after trying to contact them they still just suggest for me to contact them. Unreal!

Brian at Medvidi was super helpful in getting ahold of my provider to clear up a mix up at the pharmacy. He said he would take care of it within 30 minutes and give me a call back not even 15 minutes later. He cleared up the issue and I got my script sent to the pharmacy right away. If it wasn’t for Brian I would have been screwed and not have my medication in time for my trip out out of state. Thanks Brian!

Been getting the run around for 4 days now. Now been hung up on and Immediaitly received a text message saying call was lost....if you knew my call was lost you would call me back? Now Ive been in position Q1 for 30 minutes ...obviously refusing to take my call, jane I have called the number you gave and was told the same thing I was told yesterday and Friday. That they have let the appropriate team know and I will be contacted within a couple hours...but yet It doesn't happen. It seems all anyone cares about is that I leave a good review at end of the call and they will tell me anything I want to hear in order to get a good review. Poor customer service

It's a racket. You have to pay $159 and have an appointment EVERY TIME you get a prescription refill. That's $1908/year. I'm not young and I've had my share of scrips, and NEVER had a doc make me see them unless there was an issue or question.

SCAM, they don’t send meds and won’t give refunds. Save the aggravation. Had to cancel credit card and file dispute.
