I have contacted myenergi technical support twice and on both occasions staff have sorted the problem. In the process they want to help, they listen and understand the issue, they give clear advice which is easy to follow and they are willing to share their knowledge including a follow up email for future reference if needed.

Needed help scheduling an overnight car charge using the myenergi app. Tom was very helpful and provided clear guidance. A very quick response to my query and all is sorted in no time.
Das ist die Fortsetzung des Berichts, bei dem ich mir Luft gemacht habe , vom 23.01.2025. Nachdem die richtige Support Adresse ausfindig gemacht wurde, leider waren wir vorher an falscher Stelle gelandet, ging´s dann doch mächtig vorwärts. Die Support Experten von My Energy in Köln haben auf meine Kontakt Info ( geschrieben über die Website ) postwendend reagiert. Es gab mehere e-mail´s , usw und so entstand ein Termin. Dieser fand auf die Minute pünktlich statt und war auch erfolgreich. Der Fehler ( Über-Unterspannung ) wurde gefunden, aber noch nicht beseitigt. Somit wurde mein E-Meister um Kontakt aufnahme gebeten und die Experten waren unter sich. Es folgte ein Vor Ort Termin bei mir im Haus an der Zappie Wallbox, bei dem auch wieder der E-Meister von den Experten aus Köln angerufen wurde um den Fehler zu beseitigen. Nach einem sehr langen Gespräch und etlichen Messungen , Konfiguration Änderungen usw. stellte sich ein ganz anderer Fehler ( Installation im Schaltschrank )heraus der für den Fehler die eigentliche Ursache war. Es folgte ein zweites Telefonat zwischen dem E-Meister und dem netten Herrn aus Köln bei dem nochmals alle Einstellungen geprüft wurden. Hat alles gepasst und die Wallbox läuft wie es sein soll ( Stand jetzt ) und das bleibt hoffentlich auch so. Besten Dank an den Support nach Köln ( Herrn Ziegler und Herrn Vogels ) und an meinen E-Meister Manuel . Topp Arbeit.
Had an issue requiring the help desk at Myenergi after a 3rd Libbi was installed and not charging fully. Resolved swiftly although was surprised the contact was via email.
Had reason to call the support team at MyEnergy. Excellent support, quick to answer the phone, knowledgeable about my charger and provided a likely fix to my issue with great follow-up. Had my Zappi charger for close on three years now and I'm very happy with it. Love the fact that it's compatible with Octopus Intelligent Go!

My car charger installer did say that part of the reason the Zappi chargers are the best is because of their excellent customer service. He was right. Email and phone support great
Had a problem with my charger not charging and I rung customer services and the call was answered within 2 mins. Tom then talked me through a process to get it back on line and all was sorted quickly. What can I say a superb company with great staff
My Zappi charger has failed (Lock failure) slightly out of warranty. I rang up to arrange a repair. I was told that they only repair their chargers under warranty. They offered two solutions. 1) to pay £30 for the replacement part. Or 2) I can buy a newer refurbished 3 phase zappi for £450. The problem is for both options there is no option to pay them either to install the replacement part or install a new unit. They want be to employ a third party to repair/install their own product. The after sales care for this company is truly awful. I am forced to pay for the part as i need a temporary fix. But unless their policy changes i will not ever be using this company again for my EV vehicle chargers. Support ticket 508977
Absolutely excellent support following multiple power & internet outages (storm eowyn) that kicked my superb little Eddi/Hub in the gonads'. Their professional & very competent specific knowledge, together with their remote intervention, allowed full operation again. Excellent product together with excellent support - Thank You
The Tech Support function worked well, Kat was assigned to support my ticket and was very helpful. My query was resolved and app now up and running.
Was struggling with the set up using the online facility even after watching video. Eventually spoke direct to call handler who talked me through everything both on My Account and APP, now all sorted thanks to your staff. The problem was i couldn't find the registration code.
So, as I reported previously, had a few issues following a warranty replacement of my Zappi. Disappointed that the latest version of the Zappi is very sensitive to poor Wi-Fi signal, eventually resulting in the whole unit having to be moved closer to my house. However, simply cant fault the Technical support team, especially Darren who has gone the extra mile to support me in resolving all the issues. He deserves a medal for the way he has patiently dealt with every problem and seems to know the systems inside out. Excellent customer support.
Tom Walker was extremely helpful and patient with me in sorting out my disconnection between the Zappi and the Harvi, shame it took so long to get through to him (not his fault)
I have an EV and a solar system. Part of the system comes from Myenergi, namely the Zappi EV Charger. I had an outage on my Broadband Network, which resulted in the Zappi not reconnecting to the WiFi. Akrum of the Myenergi support team talked me through reconnecting the Zappi, which after a couple of go arounds, we got it reconnected. Brilliant. I found Akrum very responsive and he solved my, pretty technical issue, quickly and efficiently.
