May 02,2025I booked an oven clean 3 weeks ago and chose a p.m. appointment as it’s the only one that fitted. I then received a call the day before of the appointment saying it was going to be in the morning sometime however I wouldn’t be in.. we then rebooked it for the first available p.m. appointment which was today and then received a call last night confirming that they would be here between eight and 10 this morning however as before I wouldn’t be here. I then received a phone call this morning from the old company confirming that they wouldn’t be attending at all as their other cleaner was ill.. I have requested a full refund and will go elsewhere to a company more reliable!! I know the process of chasing my money that was paid upfront for the service!!!! I do not recommend this company at all

May 02,2025Michael was fantastic. He called ahead of time to arrange arrival time, was prompt and courteous and did an amazing job cleaning our BBQ. It looks like new! Very pleased.

May 02,2025Too many text messages (4) and emails (4) the day before, all saying the same thing but with 4 different job numbers. Also too many phone calls in the course of the year to suggest earlier cleaning slot.

May 01,2025Cleaner turned up 4 hours early, no call from company at stated time to confirm arrival time, staff keep promising refunds and call backs which don't happen. Still waiting for call back to confirm refund date, 3 weeks on!

May 01,2025Communication was good to start with but the man failed to turn up on the day despite calling to say he was on his way. I asked for a refund rather than rescheduling and I’m yet to receive it after 3 weeks. I have been told various dates to expect it but still nothing. Totally unacceptable. Do not use this company!

Apr 30,2025Keep me informed from the first booking to today. Excellent job, looks like new again. The main reason for me having it professionally cleaned is that I can’t clean between the oven door glass as it’s too heavy. Lee made it look easy. Very pleased.

Apr 30,2025Ben C had the task of cleaning our oven and did a fantastic job. I dread cleaning an oven. Now, after seeing how spotless Ben made it, I won't ever clean my oven myself again. Hassle free and reliable, with this being my first time using this company, i will definitely use again, and will highly recommend. Ben was professional, polite and friendly. Im going to have take out for a few nights just so i can enjoy looking at an old oven now resorted back to 'new'.
