There are frequent prompts via text and email to enable timely completion and that you don't forget any outstanding tasks. You know exactly what is going on, what paperwork has or has not been received from yourself or the other party, all in the portal. Very happy with Premier Property Lawyers - I was with them for my house sale last year, and now my house purchase. This review has to be based on last year's experience but all going well for this one too.

She also makes sure your interest is protected all the way through either on purchase or sales before agreeing on completion
