Mar 07,2025Great service, very patient with me when I got annoyed with the other parties solicitor, and would listen and advise wisely. The service is all remote and centres on custom software. The only time actual paper is used is for the 'wet' signature on the contract, which you have to post to them, otherwise it's all there on their site. Excellent firm.

She was always very easy to contact along the way, which was great as I often had questions and queries during the process. She was extremely helpful, always able to explain things to me in a way that I understood and simply a very pleasant person to talk to. My only criticism would be that on the signing of documents it would have been helpful to have had a sticky note or pencil mark to indicate a required signature.

Mar 08,2025I'd prefer to give 0 stars but here we are... 18 months post completion and I've had to log yet another complaint after finding out: 1. Paperwork wasn't sent to the land registry until 3 months after completion 2. Signatures weren't on the paperwork despite this being the paperwork that was so closely scrutinised it took us 5 months for a chain free purchase 3. Our conveyancer has missed her calling as a politician as she can't give an answer to a question. Trying to buy a property using PPL was the biggest mistake of my life and made me physically ill. Please avoid. I've weirdly been asked by trustpilot and PPL to remove my conveyancers last name as it contains personal information and then the review removed even thoigh I complied, yet I see people using full names in the standard format positive reviews all the time. How very strange.
