Mar 05,2025Both initial discussion with Sales Support in scoping the work and subsequent dealing with the conveyancer provided confidence in a company that had experience and knowledge with clear process of steps involved. Becky Wormleighton was clear on the quote and Daryl Wyatt was prompt with communication and clear explanations. After completion there was a subsequent query from landlord which I didn't understand or know what I needed to do. However, Mr Wyatt provided assistance and assurance on what I needed to do with a clear draft outline. A delightful team to work with. Many thanks.

Mar 05,2025We decided to use Premier Property Lawyers based on previous experience. When we initially signed up, there was a lot of information to input but once completed it was a simple process. Tavia was assigned to our case and extremely helpful from the start. When it got close to completion there were a few issues with boundaries for the property we were purchasing and difficulty in agreeing a sale date with our purchasers. Tavia kept on top of all the issues and ensured that completion on both properties completed on the date we wanted. This was mainly down to her hard work an perseverance. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tavia if you are looking for a buy or sell a property.

Mar 04,2025Found very difficult to contact, no face to face which I believe lead to mistakes being made. I had to upload documents and send important documents by Royal mail. It means that a computer and scanner are a must and some knowledge of how to use them is required. On the day before completion we had to resign TF1 forms again as an error was spotted, this meant another last minute trip for myself and brother to my fathers care home to resign and get witnessed the new forms. This is the second house I have sold in 9 months, The first was with a local firm, very easy no problems. I only went with this firm as they were recommended by the estate agent and I was on holiday at the time. On the plus side the house sale was completed on time. Next time I will definitely go local.
