Mar 04,2025Once you get used to the Portal, it is quite easy to navigate. Did not get full 5 Star as some questions are made with Solicitor terminology which the usual layman would not understand.

He was prompt in getting back to me and made the whole process feel really easy. I wish I'd had the chance to work with PPL and Rob before, especially after the experience with my previous solicitor wasn't very good. Would definitely recommend and use again.
