Mar 03,2025Charlie took over as our solicitor and I'm so glad she did. Right from the start she has been there fully explaining everything to us. Her communication with us is second to non. Selling our home and purchasing another is by far the hardest and most stressful thing we've ever done. It hasn't been easy and we aren't through it yet. However having Charlie as our solicitor makes this process less stressful. If I have question or a query I know Charlie will have an answer and she will explain it thoroughly to me. Mar 02,2025Would definitely use the service again. Funda was very helpful in responding to queries by email and the team were relatively easy to access on the phone. They chased up both sides of the chain which often isn't easy. The eway platform was really useful so that forms could be accessed online. The service was good value for money verses competitors.

Mar 02,2025Thought id add this as they will probably say not a client not that i was as elite solicitors were actually the ones who got our purchase through and managed to do in 2 weeks what they couldn’t. First you pay them for a service you don’t receive they lie and ask for the same document over and over again and question them and its your fault . You do most of the work because they are just crap . There is unprofessional and then there are these guys . Again your paying them for attitude if your a first time buyer no point especially since you dont understand the process ( to be fair not sure these guys do ether) was quoted £995 last time before we chose elite solicitors was £1,500 so again mis leading . When getting frustrated no calming explanation just a basic whatever attitude. Remember your paying them for this . Massive amounts of stress and nothing on earth is worth it . I would tell anyone to run for the hills . How they are actually allowed to exist is beyond me not SRA regulated which isn’t shocking a couple who work there are but they must be the where the good reviews come from . Unprofessional and condescending is just me being nice go elite solicitors so you actually get what you pay for and the price isn’t much difference . Also have noticed they always say will look into not that they do empty words just like there service. 1272410.00001
