Mar 01,2025Having used these people previously we had an idea of the service we were going to get. I would say the service was not as good as the previous time but it was still very good. The only thing that would have improved the service for us is more regular zoom style meetings so we have a better understanding of how the sale and purchase were progressing.

Mar 01,2025Brilliant! Tavia was excellent. Did everything quickly. Always easy to contact and made the whole process run smoothly. She knew what she was doing and would happily use again. Had used another conveyancer for another project and the difference was night and day! Their portal is also very good as it helps you to know what elements are completed and what they are waiting on from you. A big thumbs up to Tavia and Premier Property Lawyers.

Communication was excellent, and he called back within hours if i had to leave a message, or responded within a few hours of receiving an email. the turnaround time was less than 7 weeks, which is incredible. I highly suggest him, and i plan to sell my house next year, with Brody as the conveyor.

She was quick to explain everything in terms understandable to myself and was honest throughout the process. Laura was always quick to respond and action anything that was needed. She definitely had to deal with some frustrating hurdles. Laura’s service was very professional and it was comforting to know I was in good hands. I could not recommend Laura Swift enough. Thank you for your guidance and hard work. Kind of nearly gutted the process is over.

However, the company's phone support could be improved, as calls often go to voicemail, which can be frustrating. Overall, great service from Clare, but better phone availability would enhance the experience."

Feb 28,2025Thank you, Hope Johnson - you made what has been a difficult period a smooth and less painful process. After deciding to buy my partner out of our property, PPL were recommended by my mortgage company, I had my doubts but I'm pleased to have received such great quality service. The eWay portal was easy to navigate and sent out notifications when tasks needed to be completed. Contact details were clearly displayed within the portal so if I had a question, I wasn't going down a rabbit hole of screens just to get contact information. Most importantly Hope had a calm and reassuring manner throughout the process and was quick to respond to any queries I had. Once again really pleased I used PPL and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The online portal was straightforward to use, allowing me to upload most of the required info without the need for postal delays, and it provided an up to date position on things at every point in the process. Despite a rocky start with Premier Property Lawyers, as completing everything online is not necessarily a choice I would make, Charlie has given me the confidence I needed.
