I recently completed my remortgage with Premier Property Lawyers, and Daryl Wyatt was my primary contact. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Daryl was outstanding—extremely efficient and professional. I was kept well-informed throughout the entire process, with regular updates. The entire process went smoothly, without any issues. I highly recommend their services; you won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely turn to them again if I need assistance in the future.
Really great experience. Fourth time using this company and they have been excellent every time. Brody has been so lovely to deal with - he has given good advice and supported us throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Prompt response to enquiries and questions. Kept up to date with progress of sale. Easy to upload documents.
Naomi has been brilliant throughout the sale of my house. The eway app takes a bit of getting used to but was fairly straightforward. I'll be using them again for the purchase of my bext property...when it happens.
A very professional service. Most important aspect of the conveyancing process is to have someone who is always available, responsive and approachable. You need a good relationship with your conveyancer and we had one in our sale. Would definitely recommend.
Absolute shambles. No checks done prior to completion date. Asking for ID, which they already had. Made the excuse that their copies weren't good enough! We lost the sale, as our sister, who we were acting on behalf of died before the sale could be completed. Didn't fully understand The Court of Protection. It now has to go to probate, and although contracts had been signed, we have probably lost the sale and are back to square 1. They had 3 months to get the relevant information for completion. JB had no intention of completing on the day, Just awful. Avoid at all costs.
Excellent service. Kept me informed all the time.
James Sutton has been great throughout the process so far. He's active and easy to get hold of when we have questions. Our case may be relatively simple, being first-time buyers and having no chain, but the case is still moving along quickly and without issue in our view. My only gripe with PPL (and not James!) is that our introducer left off some charges from our quote such as the case opening fee (and some others), which meant our quote is £500 less than what the actual charges may be in the end. This may not be PPL's fault but it's worth checking with PPL *directly* to confirm your quote's value.
I had an excellent service from Andrew Self, he helped me with the selling of my mother's house which was a very difficult time, but he kept me informed all the way and I am so grateful to Andrew.
Excellent service start to finish. Great software keeps you informed of progress throughout!
Can only agree with all of the negative comments i have read on here so far! Apart from the last few weeks, there was minimal communication and what i did have was abrupt and condescending. I rarely had any idea what was happening. Rare answer to phone calls. Serious lack of replies to emails, and the replies were very short and unhelpful. I had to go through my buyers solicitor to get information. I complained and for the last month or so dealt with someone called Mo Amin, who was excellent but the case dragged on for weeks longer than it should of done with me having to chase for information constantly. The money wasted and stress this caused because of the constant delays was unbelievable. There was no urgency. On the last week they were waiting for a final piece of paperwork from me and i was literally hounded. Unfortunately, this company was involved with 3 properties in my chain... one of which fell through because it was dragging on so long. I would never want any dealings with this company again and am currently putting together a formal complaint which will also be going to the ombudsman I have already complained once and they reply on here and then nothing happens!!
Diabolical service. Communication was terrible and non existent - constantly lied to by our lawyer who took 4-5 days after enquiries were received to actually send these to us and review them which slowed down the process. Kept adding additional fees on. Has caused us lots of stress! Our completion statement is £2,000 ish and we had to pay £3,000 ish as they had to go off of the draft financial statement and said “it was correct” I then have another conversation with the conveyancer who confirms that some of the fees that were meant to go to the seller have accidentally been put on our form and that they will be in contact to remunerate us with a fresh financial statement being issued. This is yet to be issued! We have been overcharged by this company by potentially £1,000 and they don’t give a damn! I have asked for the complaints process 4-5 times via email and telephone and am yet to receive this. I shall be contacting the relevant regulator and ombudsman should I not hear back. To top this all off I work for an estate agent who reccomended them and I personally will not be recommending this shambles of a company to anybody. Save yourself the stress avoid PPL, they don’t care about their customers we are very stressed and now potentially owed £1,000 by this company so effectively we have been frauded aswell
It was seamless process. I am very happy with the Sonali. She always respond on time. Thanks once again.
Excellent service from Karen Coaker
My experience in this process was not great. Our lead conveyancer was unresponsive and had to be chased constantly. I expect they have too much caseload but simply ignoring requests, emails or returning phone calls is unacceptable. I also believe the person did not read what was presented, coupled with significant gaps in-between reviewing information which was always promptly provided was infuriating. My biggest concern was, despite 10+ attempts to get an answer, is what they do to destroy, securely, sensitive personal data. I would not recommend them if honest.
I’m writing this review so it comes off my ‘outstanding tasks’ I need to complete. It gets annoying getting daily messages saying something is outstanding when you have already sent in the documents. Otherwise it’s been helpful.
Can't fault premier property lawyers been an easy process with the eway system and following the pie chart to completion, Krishna was a great help when we made contact with her always with prompt reply to questions asked and quick in getting the exchange done once everything was in place. Recommended anyone buying a property to use these guys made the process easy to understand even for us newbies many thanks to you from myself and Jac
PPL were great and the eway portal was very easy to use, great for us as first time buyers. Thanks to Lisa and Zoe for speedy service, we never felt the need to call and check in as we knew everything was in hand. Professional and reliable, thank you!
Easy to use app

Feb 27,2025I’m updating my original 1-star review to 4 stars, as I’ve now completed on my flat and collected the keys today (April 7th). Although it sometimes felt like things were going to fall through and I had to do a fair bit of chasing, we did get there in the end. Catherine R managed to get everything completed within just over three months, which is a fair turnaround. When things needed to move, she did push them along - with some encouragement from myself, and I appreciated that. The app was also really useful for uploading documents and keeping track of progress. While some communication could’ve been clearer but this was somewhat due to my lender, and there were a few delays, I can now say she came through and got the job done. I’m grateful for that and happy to now be in my new home. You have to keep pushing for results and chasing things but if you put in the work, they will also put in the work for you. I actually now would recommend but I think it depends who you get!
