Feb 26,2025I am happy with the overall service. It was a slow start in the beginning as it took 4 weeks to receive contract and title documents. FME1 took another 4 weeks as well. Overall from start to exchange took 12 weeks. Ryan replaced Afifa half way through the process. Ryan Leech did a fantastic job. He did everything possible to make sure we exchanged on time. I will definitely recommend Premier Property Lawyers and will use their services again. I am happy that I was able to exchange today 25.02.2025. Thanks Ryan

Feb 25,2025This is conveyancing that has been automated as much as possible to give an efficient affordable service. Information and documents are entered via an online portal, which is also good at indicating how far along the process you are. When an issue arose, Petya was able to support and resolve quickly, such as when we found that the house was registered in both parents name instead of just one. Once the sale went through, we received payment immediately with fees in line with the original estimate, which was very welcome.
