Jan 23,2024I have to say that this is the worst communication I’ve had from a retail outlet - was supposed to collect from Ashford , an item was missing which they blamed another branch for not telling them , was promised delivery of the missing item last Wednesday which didn’t materialize, it was then promised last Friday and guess what…no delivery again - so here I am 8 days after the order / 6 days after my collection date with part of my order still missing and a sad lack of communication from the butchers
