May 03,2025All worked very well until I tried to upload proof of address section. Tried several times to send Council Tax bill. It scanned repeatedly but failed to upload. In the end I could not tell whether it had scanned or not but after another ten mins I got a message saying check was complete.

May 02,2025Quick and easy ID verification, it must have taken me around 3 minutes in total, also preferred to do this on a secure app rather than email the solicitor my id, bank statements etc.

May 02,2025Needed to use Thirdfort for solicitor ID check. Easy to get going. It did not like a PDF I tried to upload so I switched to using phone camera for that document and that worked OK. In all it took me 10 minutes to get to a completed state and ten minutes after that I got a confirmation. So low effort for an important activity.

May 01,2025I used the ThirdFort app to complete an identity check for a solicitor. It was a polished app that led me carefully though each step so it didn't feel intimidating as a first-timer. So much better than sending passport and driving licence by registered post.
