I have contacted Bikeshop a few times and visited, in total, 3 times and I just want to say thank you for your brilliant support and customer service. Sep 25,2021I bought my e-bike ‘on line’ from e-bike shop in January. The process was very efficient from ordering to delivery. One week ago the Bosch battery failed. I emailed e-bike shop who activated the warranty procedure and within 5 days the replacement battery had arrived. How good is that! In every other respect my e-bike (a Tern Vektron S10) has been excellent.

Sep 18,2021I bought my Haibike xDuro Aventr 6.0 in early 2020. The support team sorted out a few electrical teething problems without charge shortly after buying the bike. Now 18 months later, the Haibike charger failed and the support team again delivered a first rate service replacing the faulty unit. I would not hesitate to buy again from e-bikeshop based on the outstanding after sales service and technical support. They are highly knowledgeable of the products they sell and have the expertise needed to address any faults that arise.

Sep 07,2021Brilliant service. I ordered my bike back in January but the manufacturer delayed it several times. Each time, E-bikeshop contacted me to let me know, and offered me suitable alternatives but I had my heart set on the Orbea Vibe in red so I waited. When it finally arrived it was built and ready to collect the following day, and the handover was great. The bike was adjusted for me perfectly and I got a full run through of how everything worked before I left. When I got home I realised I had knocked a part that held the rear derailleur to the bike, knocking the gears out of alignment. I called them and they arranged for a technician to look at it the following morning and it was fixed immediately at no cost. I've joined a local cycling club and it's the best experience of cycling I've ever had!

Bike was well packaged/protected and arrived in perfect order. Shop set-up was spot on, the bike hasn't missed a beat. Thanks e-bikeshop!

Aug 30,2021E-BikeShop have been brilliant all the way through the proces of purchasing a couple of electric bikes. The proces has been drawn out due to Covid. And so one bike arrived at the original delivery date (April 2021) and the other was then delyed, first to Sept and then to 2022. Hoever all through this process Stuart was excellent in keepping us up to date on progress etc. We were so pleased when we had a 2022 model delivered in Sept '21. Thank you e-Bikeshop. I could not fault their support and help in the purchase of our bikes. Even with us being up in Scotland their after sales support has also been excellent.
