I found the e-bikeshop online and was delighted to find it was only 10 miles from where I live. Appointments only for security and to ensure you get the best service but that was easy to arrange and team could not have been more helpful. I described what I wanted and they had lots of advice. They have extensive stock but I was still lucky to get a bike off the shelf. Didn’t expect that so ended up going back next day to pick it up as I couldn’t wait for it to be made takeaway ready! They made the whole process so easy, so knowledgeable and so helpful.

Great customer service and great bike
Finally took the plunge and ordered a premium e-bike. E-bikeshop.co.uk was one of the few online retailers that actually had stock in the frame size that I needed. I rang for some advice before completing the purchase and I found the staff very helpful. Bike was built, checked over and dispatched next day. Very happing with the purchase and support offered to date, even got offered 14days free bike insurance from Bikmo. Very happy with purchase and would thoroughly recommend
An efficient service with helpful staff
I recently bought a new e-bike after much consideration of what was on offer on the various websites.the e-bikeshop site was helpful in comparing the spec of bikes of interest. I chose the Haibike based on the data and visual impression The bike arrived quickly and superbly packaged. It's a fantastic bike,I'm glad I chose it(xDuro AllTrail). I would recommend the e-bikeshop without reservation to anyone after a new bike. Ride Safe!
Telephoned for advice on a ebike in the morning and the gentleman was very helpful. I placed an online order later that afternoon and received the bike before lunch the next day. Great service and a great bike.

Sadly have to agree with all the negative customer service reviews. Just do yourself a favour and don’t put yourself through it for a high value purchase with this lot. I’ve suffered all the same fob off emails about wasting their time responding to my audacious and gentle enquiry about when my 6k purchase might arrive in the country. We all understand that manufacturers are all over the place. Say it up front, don’t tell me the bike is 1 to 2 days late and get the ar5e with me when I re enquire 3 weeks later. Zero proactive company led emails to keep you in the loop. If they are so busy as claimed , reinvest in some customer facing agents . Why not tell the customer , when it’s apparent the manufacturer has let them down. I struggle to see how my local car dealers could be this bad for purchases not dissimilar in price.
If you can make this place the last place you buy a bike from for lots of reasons.
Customer service is appalling, no communication or explanation. I ordered an e-bike in November 20 through the cycle to work scheme , I was assured I was going to get my bike in April 21, April I rung and was told there was a delay but I should get the bike in May , again no phone call or explanation, now I am told I am going to get it in August , this means the end of the summer and possibly an old model. If I was not in the scheme I would not deal with this dreadful company.
Brand new 5k bike, broken and they wouldn't help with an invoice that would have allowed me to get it fixed under warranty. Customer service is absolutely useless. Don't purchase a bike from these guys. Go directly to a shop where you can talk to someone face to face.
Took delivery of my new Cube Stereo Pro 500 this week at long last, 7 months after I placed the order. Normally, this would warrant a zero star rating and a stinging criticism of the dealership, but these are not normal times and E-bikeshop, in common with dealers nationwide, have been waiting months for orders placed with manufacturers, who have their own Covid related issues. That said, all the staff at E-bikeshop have been responsive, helpful and patient with all my telephoned and emailed enquiries. Once they received the bike, they checked it and shipped it within 4 days and it was delivered the following day in perfect condition.
Despite the global pandemic and issues with supply chain, e-bikeshop delivered my Scott sub sport e-ride 20 2021, despite only waiting 4-5weeks, I was very impatient. I found out later there was a worldwide global shortage and issues with supply chain as regards bike components. I also "mistakenly" ordered a bigger size, as could not see my size in stock and was desperate to get back on the saddle with any size. However, Kiera, was immense and really helpful in changing my order. I have got my bike now and really really happy with it!
Really good company to deal with. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and great products. Someone is even dropping a spare part round to my house this evening so I don’t miss the weekends cycling!
