Dec 27,2021Returning customer after approx 8 years. I bought my second Haibike - the Haibike Trekking 9 2021 model using cycle to work scheme and in full knowledge I had to wait over 6 months. My emails were always replied to by the patient and helpful staff despite multitudes of emails from me they kept professional throughout and provided valuable advice. Some unexpected bumps with extra bits I had ordered by time the bike did arrive but that was quickly resolved. I was apprehensive not having Martin as point of contact initially, as in the past, but business has grown. Bike packaged extremely well and all the additional bits and bobs as well as original items also. They went out of their way to get the bike to me just before Christmas Eve which is very much appreciated. Just did 60+ kms on its first day trip today. Beautiful bike and brilliant service. Cannot fault.

Dec 23,2021Bought from e-bike shop and their customer service was very poor. They are only interested in selling the bike and do not value the after sales service. They promise a follow up service post sale but were reluctant to carry this out when I brought my bike back for the service and their attitude was like they had promised something they had hoped their customers would not take up. So when I arrived for the service they told me to wait around nearby but not on the premises and said I wasn't to enquire about the bike as they would call me. I would have left it with them if they had said how long it was going to take but they gave no indication of how long it would be. 3 hours later I went into the premises to check on the bike and I was met by a very angry man who said that 'I told you not to chase me, you knew you were not supposed to do that' Can honestly say I will never buy from them again with that attitude and would advise other to do the same

I found that they new thier stuff and I had a quick talk to one of the chaps in the workshop about how to look after the bike in the future ( they seem a great bunch ) Very helpful indeed . When I picked up the bike Fred gave me a super professional introduction and did set up my suspension on the fly. These guys are a very polished and an organized outfit with really genuine friendly customer service!

Nov 20,2021Bought an ebike through the cycle to work scheme. Called them a couple of times and they ran through what I needed to do. Couldn't be more helpful. I said I'd like to collect ASAP and they called me a day later to say it was ready and booked me in. When I arrived they had fully built and tested the bike. The guy spent 30+ minutes setting up the suspension to my weight and going through all the features. They also explained they offer a supplementary service within a couple of months of use to tighten everything back up etc. Couldn't fault their service. Very impressed!

Nov 18,2021Ordered my new Cube Stereo Hybrid last Wednesday morning, bike arrived Thursday afternoon after being prepared and reboxed. On unpacking I found some scuffs and small cut on the saddle. I emailed some pictures and Stuart replied telling me I could choose an in stock saddle or they could order a new Cube saddle which I chose to do. Its not arrived yet but that's not a problem at all. Great service and great communication, thank you.

Everything you could need in a bike shop, assisted brilliantly with a new e-road bike purchase, bike in stock and super quick delivery, helpful advice with setting the bike up and a small warranty claim needed within the first year. All round great service, very quick response by email, very knowledgeable and friendly, would highly recommend.

The service and sales process was excellent, their knowledge and expertise guided me to the decision on the bike that I bought and I have had many happy miles riding it. I recently had an issue with the rear wheel, and again their customer service was excellent. They were helpful and resolved my issue very quickly. I would thoroughly recommend them. 10/10!
