May 04,2022Be careful read the T&C’s they say arrival in one month and that they’d let you know if it’s late! They don’t then they keep £199 when they can’t uphold their arrival date!! Guy on the phone ben seemed quite pleased to be keeping the deposit and never came up with any solutions or said sorry! Bad customer service. Went to a local shop who were happy to help and were much more apologetic on behalf of cube.

Mar 30,2022Post covid we decided to get two Cube Kathmandu ebikes as an upgrade to our old bikes Throughout the process the team have been superb in keeping us informed of the build status and once delivered their help and advice in the setup process was superb. From start to finish the team's behaviour was totally customer satisfaction oriented. I can't praise these guys enough

Mar 01,2022I had not heard of e-bike shop until their ad found me. I had intended to buy only from a store, but they could not guarantee delivery for months. E-bike shop had a great range of products and delivered my bike of choice almost too quickly, given the poor weather that followed. Great after-sale help on the phone, as the written instructions for a novice user had been not so good.

Feb 28,2022Everything about the purchase was very good. I was kept informed about the progress and the bike arrived on the date as they said it would. The only downside, which has nothing to do with e bikes, was that I was out when the bike was delivered, outside of the time I was told by the courier, and returned home to find it unattended in my back garden with the gate wide open for anyone to walk in! Other than that no issues at all.

Feb 23,2022I bought my Cube e-bike just before lockdown started in March 2020 and have since moved to Yorkshire where it is invaluable in getting up the hills and enabling me to go mountain biking with my husband. Recently though my battery stopped working and I reached out to the e-bike shop team in the hope they could give me some tips on how to fix it or solve the problem. They were fantastic and I now have a brand new battery for my bike, even though I am miles away from there store. They were able to assess the battery via photos and video and managed to get me a new one under warranty, nearly 2 years after I purchased the bike. These guys are great and their service support team superb. You can feel safe buying your bike from them in the knowledge you will have good support.

Feb 16,2022Really disappointed with this firm's potential misrepresentation of early ‘forecast delivery dates’ in comparison to their competitors. Feels like they are using this tactic to hook customers into placing orders with non-refundable discounts of £199. Ordered in good faith and patiently stuck with them throughout 5 deferrals covering a 9 month period. When they delayed again, I called to cancel and they refused to reimburse the deposit. Would recommend taking your business to an approachable local dealer who will provide you with a realistic initial delivery date and deal with you reasonably in the event they can't follow through. Particularly disappointed with the Sales Manager who i spoke with, very hard nosed. It is highly likely they have set-up this system to create an additional revenue stream. Think very carefully before ordering with e-bikeshop.co.uk – in my opinion, they are not real bike enthusiasts, but sharks that I would never choose to deal with again.

Feb 10,2022Looking for a hybrid bike, used the required search site and found the bike I wanted. Could not get it anywhere in the Bristol area for two or four months. E-bikeshop hit the radar and spoke to a very charming gentleman who answered or my questions relating to the Cube Tourer. Order it today and you will have it Tuesday. True to his word, it arrived Tuesday. Great bike for all my needs and now starting to lose weight through the rides. Only one little thing, within the packaging there are four screws and Hi-viz stickers and no matter how much you read the manual. It does not tell you what these are for? Perhaps some more information may need to be included within all the packaging. However, what a bike, over the moon with it and e-bike shop. Thank you

Jan 27,2022I ordered a Haibike Hardseven on Sunday evening and I received the bike on Tuesday morning. I had expected to have to wait at least a week! It was very well packaged and easy to do the final bits of assembly. The bike is great fun to ride and makes light work of even the steepest inclines. Highly recommend e-bikeshop and the Haibike.

Jan 18,2022Like many, I am not accustomed to leaving reviews. However, I bought an e-bike from these guys last year. Recommendation was buy as local as one can. This shop has just been so good - I broke a pedal, supplied within 24 hrs, I bend a pedal arm, same quick service. Engine casing got damaged, immediately repaired when in for its service. Late call on a sat with a suspension issue - immediately sorted, wheel issue - again immediately sorted. Bikes and e-bikes often have a hard life with mud and rocks, knowing there is such good support from a localish shop is great news.

Jan 17,2022The team at e:bikeshop were fantastic from start to finish. I was keen to test ride the model I was interested in first and the salesperson let me borrow his. The showroom is fantastic. From order to collection took just over 3 months which is pretty rapid in the current climate. The continuing support from the shop is really appreciated and they offer cut-rate servicing for models they have sold if you live close enough to re-visit.

May 04,2022This model was delivered in November after I had spent 3 years riding a Haibike sDuro Trekking 4 (2018). My experience with both these bikes has been great - it has enabled a rider of age 70+ to enjoy riding trails in the countryside, including steep tracks up beautiful parts of the UK. The Trekking 7 is a significant improvement on the Trekking 4 (2018) - integrated frame design, 50% increase in range with larger battery, hydraulic brakes, 11 speed gears etc. I am a particular fan of Yamaha motors after an initial experience of riding my daughter's urban e-bike in Japan. Service from e-bikeshop has been excellent, supplying parts in a timely fashion, including small warranty issues. Some upgrade tips: on both bikes I replaced the saddle with a Selle Royale gell-filled version for comfort. I also replaced the seat post with a telescopic dropper seat post. These bikes are heavy and being over 6 feet tall this allows me to lower the seat when coming to a halt and put my feet flat on the ground which feels much safer.
