Jul 08,2023Great bike, poor packaging! Bike is great, quickly delivered. Packaging was terrible, all damaged and ripped. Manuals all thrown in the box, ripped and creased. Not a great unboxing experience.

The e-bikeshop was amongst the very few that had what we were after in a variety of sizes meaning that we could ensure that we could buy the most comfortable frame size. Having made an appointment, when we arrived. the first discussion was to assess our needs. We were not pressured at any time and all our questions were addressed carefully. There was no pressure to buy and as a result of the experience buying the first bike we returned a week later to buy one for my wife. The range of bikes available was huge and the service given excellent. We would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Jun 23,2023All my questions were answered quickly and accurately and the delivery was very quick. The bike is fantastic. My only regret is that I didn’t ask for the uprated. X350 internal battery as I use the bike so much. I tend to run out of support, even with the external battery. I may look into getting the internal battery upgraded if this is possible

Jun 22,2023The team at e-bikeshop have been very helpful and knowledgable when I've asked for advice about upgrades to my Cube Reaction Hybrid e-bike which I bought from them in Jan 2023. The bike arrived well set up and I was able to go for a ride within an hour of delivery. I wish the shop was closer to where I live, but I will definitely use them again when I want a new bike, and will still travel to get my bike serviced there. A 100% recommendation from me.

May 10,2023The arrogance of the phone support shocked me. I have bought 2 bikes from them before, with no issue. However I wanted to check the size, as I am on the cusp of S/M. I was only going to spend £6600!!! It was a case of try the M and if its too big, go for S. Considering they had both in stock I was shocked, but as I was told, sarcastically, "Have a nice day".

Jul 21,2023E-bike uk, were really helpful in so many ways, the Guy's know about e-bikes; and care about their customers, you can ask as many questions as you want; and they will take time and have patience to explain everything you want to know. I bought an Orbea Gain D30 from E-bike uk; and I love it. I drove 150, mile round trip to visit E-bike UK in Surry; and it was well worth the drive; I'm very pleased . Thanks for being so helpful.
