I bought my Haibike allmtn 10 from here back in 2022. After 20 months of ownership motor had a fault, these guys sorted out new motor under warranty in 6 days, amazing customer service 👏

Both Richard and his dad were very helpful. It was my first foray into owning an e bike and they gave me all the knowledge I needed to decide what to do. They combined excellent advice with great service and also gave me a great deal by price matching the same bike I had seen elsewhere .

Having a Cube Touring electric bike myself I was interested in buying a similar bike for my wife. I found e-bikeshop by chance and saw that they were having a sale. I quickly ordered the bike for my wife as it was an excellent price and to my amazement it came a few days later, already prepared with just the handlebars and the pedals removed to fit it into a box . Re-attaching them was simple and everything worked perfectly (and still is) I could not have had better service and would thoroughly recommend anyone to buy from e-bikeshop.

Having purchased on line made things a bit of a logistical problem. But there was no need for any concerns, as my purchase arrived safe and well a couple of days from purchase. Well packaged and all well instructed for build. I also took advantage of their 0% finance which was very convenient.

Made an appointment for my first free service and took the opportunity to ask for the Bosch tracker to be fitted at the same time. Met Steve the service engineer who was great, showed me how to better use the gears and power of the bike which really made a difference to my riding. Service was first class and these guys commitment to their customers is very good. Would thoroughly recommend the e-bike shop for getting your new bike.

This is a different sort of bike buying experience. They only deal with electric bikes so their knowledge is great. We first discussed our needs for bikes via a call and were recommended two bikes. Note the bikes that were recommended to us were definitely not the most expensive but just the best fit for our requirements. Next we visited the showroom where you need to book a slot. This means you get their undivided attention and service levels like buying a new car. The bikes we purchased are excellent and I can highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an electric bike.

Customer experience excellent throughout. Straight after ordering I received an email to let me know that the stand I'd ordered wasn't needed as the bike came with one. Really helpful and personal touch throughout the whole process I also ended up visiting shop to exchange the bike for a smaller size with no issues at all and got great help adjusting the bike. Great experience throughout and now have the perfect bike

Absolute worst of all bike shops, customer service is laughable! Steer clear The reply below shows the quality of the bike shop, the part I ordered and subsequently returned was a crank spider yet the person writing the response keeps talking about a chainring, they should really know that BCD, width, offset, tooth count only relate to a chainring which is not the faulty part I contacted them about and subsequently returned because they supplied it incorrectly, it’s quite embarrassing! Just for reference Bosch do make the required part and the Bosch part number is 1270.016.472-VE0 even though you state they do not make the component. The fact that a company has to write such a long response just to justify their actions should tell you all you need to know about them! The constant emails and telephone calls I’ve received from this company trying to bully me into changing this review is comical and I can understand how some people could feel intimidated my them. My best advice is to not just read my review read the other 1 or 2 star reviews as there is a common theme that appears through them all, there are lots of higher starred reviews but let’s be honest it’s easy to sell a bike, after sales is a bit more difficult which is the area this company clearly falls down on. After my sorry experience with this bike shop I ordered the same part from another bike shop, within 24hrs it was ordered, delivered and fitted without fuss.

I’ve had my Orbea Vibe for nearly 2 years now, and I am now about to purchase a range extender battery.. I raised a firmware query regarding the range extender with the e-bike shop sales, who passed me on to the technical support team, whom immediately answered my queries, satisfying any concerns raised. Excellent communication, delivery and after sales service. I am very happy with my Nduro 7 thanks to a great experience with the E-Bikeshop Team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a bike or spares etc.
