Apr 18,2025Aaran and Barry visited our property very shortly after we notified them that had a leak. They amazingly identified where the leak was and rectified it. They worked extremely hard, explained exactly the problem and how they would fix it. They were very courteous and professional. I could not recommend them enough.

Mar 31,2025I recommend this company without reservations. They assessed the water leak rapidly and explained clearly the process of its detection and resolution. This was duly carried out by Wayne and John who were extremely hard working , courteous ,thoughtful and very tidy. Again they explained what they had done. The repairs to the paving are excellent. Well done Going Underground!

On completion the work site was left in very clean condition. The quotation paperwork was well presented and the office communications both helpful and accurate.

After being taken for a ride by another company who charged for work which, it was discovered, they hadn't completed, also said I needed work done asap, totally over £4,000, I called in Going Underground for a quote. They finished the job, spent time checking everything out and assured me no further work was needed. Very definitely would use then again.

Feb 03,2025Our water leak turned out to be more complicated and awkward than we thought. A solution was found by the workmen from Underground and new piping was installed. The work was carried out efficiently and very neatly. The workmen were a pleasure to have around and left our property spotless and the problem solved. Thank you for sorting us out!

Jan 14,2025Had a burst water main! Wessex water useless response towards a community hall designated commercial building not interested! Phoned going underground, surveyor out with in the hour unfortunately for us was a Friday afternoon and the depth of pipe just wasn’t feasible to do then Monday morning on site 8.30 dug several deep holes located the issue and repaired They reinstated the tarmac and relaid several slabs and left the site clean tidy as if nothing had been done Hats off to the lads brilliant job even in minus temps

Jan 08,2025We needed a new water supply pipe from the meter to under the kitchen sink. From the first contact, this company (and all of the workers we had here) has been friendly, efficient and tidy. I am a frontline Paramedic working shift patterns including nights and the workers were very considerate when needing to pop back to finish laying some slabs not to wake me and checking when I would not be sleeping. The work was done as quoted and everything works perfectly. We are very very happy with the standard of work and would happily recommend Going Underground. Thank you Aaron, Charlie and the whole team for an excellent job.

Oct 02,2024Needed the 70 year old corroded metal pipe feeding water from the meter to the house replacing. From my initial contact with Going Underground through to completion I have been very impressed by this company. The initial survey was carried out promptly by a guy who knew what he was talking about which instilled some confidence from the start. Communication was responsive and polite at all times. Aaron, Sean and the team arrived at the appointed time on the day and did a great job of tunnelling the new pipe under the driveway and flower beds with minimum disruption. All were very approachable, friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend Going Underground.

Apr 25,2025Having reported a severe water leak at our bungalow in Woodlands Avenue. BH15 4EG to Wessex Water. The next day the company Going Underground arrived with equipment for any eventuality. The four guys wasted no time in sourcing whereabouts the leakage was; and started to remove tarmac and underground rubble. The four guys were mannerly, friendly and answered any questions I had. As part of my drive had to be opened up, the guys were very considerate as my drive is totally covered in light chippings. The guys removed the chippings over the area they had to expose; laid a ground sheet to place the rubble that was to be dug up. The offending pipe was located and a new section fitted. Water back on and advised to run the water in the house to illiminate any air. After repair my drive was returned to it's original state by the guys. Water meter returned and new tarmac laid, removed any mess outside. So those guys are certainly a good example of Going Underground workmanship. Well done lads!
