Jun 05,2020Excellent Service Great customer service provided by friendly staff. Delivery guys very nice to. They turn up on the scheduled day, fill the oil tank and post the delivery note through the letterbox. Perfect in the lockdown situation. Highly recommend.

May 31,2020Quoted me a price for fuel oil which we accepted and was told they be here in around a week. However, they then called a week or so later to say their price had changed and was now going to be over 10% higher !! I responded by saying a quote is a Verbal contract but they simply refused to honour that price giving me an option to take it or leave it !! Never had this from any other company in 25 years . Not very professional Imho .

May 29,2020I recently ran out of oil. Northern energy managed to get me a delivery within 2 days, despite having to prioritise the vulnerable at this very difficult time. The lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. The service is very personal and top class. The delivery drivers have always been very helpful too. I wouldn't get my oil from anywhere else. Thank you northern energy!!!
