They have helped me out twice in emergencies and once was during the Covid pandemic. Great prices, great service. Puts the other company to shame ! Will continue to use from here on in.

I have the premium service where you get the VAT paid and the better quality heating oil, they will also cover breakdowns as long as you have your boiler regularly serviced, and usually the price they quote me for oil is less than Boilerjuice. Take my advice give them a try!

May 09,2020Hi, I have had my account with Northern Entergy for more years than I can remember. My children are now 39 and 42 and we started using the when they were both small. My reason is that I kept forgetting to order oil, and it got a bit chilly without it. They offered me a direct debt service where the calculate the oil we usr and split it into 12 monthly payment. The just turn up when the know we need oil, fill the tank and pop the bill through the letterbox. A fantastic service that works really well. If I ever have cause to ring them they are all very professsional and helpfully. For all this praise I have one small grumble. If the account over runs and I owe them money, they seem to leave it a while before contacting me. Of course I'm given the option of how I wish to bring my account up to date, but I would prefer not to be in this situation. Having said that I wouldn't change company and would highly recommend them.

May 08,2020Very satisfied with the service we receive from this company. We are retired and take advantage of their top up contract which means we get our fuel vat free. They always let us know when they will be topping up the oil tank and drivers are friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for the office staff who always answer any queries I might have speedily and in a friendly manner.

May 08,2020Austerity has its benefits! Heating Oil when I need it and Premium Heating Oil at the reduced price of the basic. A great surprise to find that my bill was only half of the cost that I paid three months earlier in the year. I cannot fault Northern Energy even in the climate of difficulties the firm faces during the pandemic. Well Done!
