May 04,2022We had a boiler breakdown over Easter and I checked our oil level to make sure we hadn't run out (which we hadn't). As we have automatic top-ups I telephoned to check when our next refill was due, which was about 2 weeks later. I explained to a very helpful lady that I didn't think we would have enough oil to last that long and she kindly arranged to bring forward the delivery, which was received within 4 days. Excellent service.
