Mar 23,2022We always have a great service from Northern Energy. Emails to let us know when the delivery is coming and can phone to cancel if not needed. We wasn't in this time when it was delivered, but this isn't a problem and like that we usually have the same person making the delivery.

They not only use a fancy marketing line about family-run business, care and going the extra mile... BUT they work and act on those values. Call me old school but my experience that most companies treat you like you're just an account number and you need to be an accountant or a lawyer to understand anything they say. Dealing with Northern Energy is refreshing and real, they listen and respond with explanation or quick action. Great communication flow, friendly attitude and professional work! Mar 01,2022Northern Energy certainly do care about their customers. This morning I rang them in despair I had run out of LPG no heating no hot water today . I had forgotten to check my tank. Lunchtime a lovely young man delivered me some gas .......I cannot believe it how wonderful of them . I know on previous occasions I have been very low and they have always delivered very quickly. So I would like to thank all the staff and in operations and my driver for such an excellent service
